Garrett was our boy name this pregnancy (we're having a girl). LOVE it. Not too popular, but a strong male name.

Yes it is a real name, I prefer it with 2 "t's" (though I might be biased because my best friend is a Garrett!). I love it.

I like Garrett, but I have to add one more vote for Gareth as an alternative. I totally fell in love with the name after picking it for my cat! NN Gar-bear. ) Obviously, I could not use it for a child now, but I think it is a great name.

Eh, I give up my hubby hates every name that I like. I try can come up with great names that are not dated or very common and he just shoots them all down. Back to the drawing bored
