Help so miserable!

This is me after yesterday. I even had on sun screen. This is the first time since I can remember that I have burned. I do not have any vinager, does it really help! I can't sleep, work was horrible but thankfully it was not bad last night.

It's not so much if a burn feeling than a sore feeling like someone beat the crap out of me.

Oh my, I'm so sorry! Could you pick up some of that aloe with lidocaine (sp)? I burned yesterday wearing sunscreen too. Ouch!

I have some regular gel at home and it's not really helping. I have the gel with lidocaine at work and it helped a little (enough to get me though work), bleh. This sucks.

Try putting aloe in your fridge.

Not a lot you can do, I've been burned many times. Apply the aloe and drink lots of water. Wearing tube tops help to avoid rubbing the burnt spots

Thanks ladies. I might just try the potatos. @mikescutie7‌ I wish I could wear a tube top but have work in a bit. I worse at shirt last night so I didn't have to wear my work shirt lol. Might just do the same tonight

You can use vanilla extract. It's supposed to take out the burn, and it makes you smell good!! :-)

I have tried vinegar, potatos, and the baking soda. And nothing, I am thinking of calling my regular doc in the morning and getting in to get the zinc cream. It's so bad DH had to help me take off my shirt as I can not lift my arms. I cried though work today and my staff really pulled together to help me out. I officially hate the sun right now
