Osu diaper

I really want to get an osu diaper for football season bc DH would love it. I found one but its a pocket and I'd prefer to get him a cover (so she could wear it longer on game days.)

Can't find anything tho, so my thought was to get a grey diaper and put an embroidered patch on the butt. Anyone do this before? I plan on sewing it on unless there would be a better way?

I really like the new grey one by bumgenuis but how long does it typically take a preorder to ship by them? Or is there another brand that has a similar color cover available?

I am putting together a Twinkie Tush group custom for an Ohio State diaper group once I find the right fabric.  I need some free time to fabric stalk!

It's hard to find a good team fabric sometimes. Does anyone make a good pocket with a team applique on the behind (like Little Butts?). I would think that would leak, but apparently she's got a magic solution to that or something.

That is what I was thinking- an aplique or patch on the butt of A grey dipe. But how would you about attaching it? I don't want it to leak.

I'm guessing that the appliqued diapers that I have seen, the applique is not sewn through PUL. So there's a layer of cotton or whatever on the outside that is stitched-through, and then the PUL is under that, not stitched through. Does that make sense? You might be able to add an aftermarket patch or something using fabric glue, but I don't know. I would not do an iron-on, though.

I guess it wouldn't be. I just figured there has to be another layer under the embroidered layer so that there aren't so many tiny pin holes to cause leaking.

What about making or buying bloomers? Then you could use whatever diaper you like underneath.

If you're in C-bus, you might try the Buckeye shop up at Polaris mall.  The seem to have just about everything there.

I don't know anything about attaching an applique to a diaper, but AMP has a grey diaper "pebble" that is really similar to the BG grey. The AMP one is a "Duo" so if can be used as a pocket or AI2, but I'm not a big fan of AI2s with absorbent fabric lining.
