I just got home from playing/working in the new house all day. DH is still over there trying to finish painting so he doesn't have to do it tomorrow.  DD was great until naptime.  She would not nap (it's way too exciting over there!) and has been a mess since then.  She slept on the way home and is now vegging out in front of the TV.  

I have a super crazy busy week of work coming up and I'm already having anxiety about it.  Also, don't have a job near the new house yet. I would love to get some calls this week so I can make my move official.

Hey everybody. I worked today, got home at about 4pm. Then DS and i played outside while DH did some yard work. Finally as of yesterday, my kid is fever free! This has been the week from hell, so I'm really glad to see him almost back to his normal self. Happy, eating, and playing.

Tomorrow we have plans to go out for brunch as a family...I'm excited!

DH took the kids to pick out end of year teacher gifts and will probably stop at the ice cream stand. We always do Target gift cards which I could've picked up myself, but the kids like to pick out the design. Whatever. One thing off of my list and it's quiet for now.

I knew I shouldn't have answered my phone just now. The high school girls soccer team needs new uniforms and the school doesn't have funding. We need to have fundraisers. I suggested getting a sponsor to rent a dunk tank and setting it up at our local town festival. I'm now in charge of it. Fuck. I just can't say no to stuff like this. I hope DD knows that while I have bad aim, I also have unlimited funds to try and dunk her ass.

Who was reagent before Elsa came of age? Shouldn't Anna have been shipped off to be a ward of an aunt? Her mother certainly comes from another royal family, right?

And don't get me started on leaving Hans in charge. Aryndell must have a Hand of the Queen, right?

I love Daniel Tiger! Today DD is with her dad so I went for a 4 mile walk outside, grocery shopped and made appetizers for tomorrow's Mother's Day brunch.

I know it's tough now @haygurlhay‌, but you'll get there. And really, you're allowed to mourn the holiday, but try not to let it consume you. It's just a day, in the end. I hope YH can use another opportunity to show you his appreciation for you as a mother. You're doing a good job. Keep your head up!
