Infertility

Sent back to the bench.

Well I just got benched and told I have to sit this cycle out. At my baseline ultrasound they found some pretty significant cysts that they felt were too big to stim. So I'll be waiting atleast a month if not more due to the lab being required to close for one month per FDA regulations. So I'm a little bummed that I have to wait because I feel like I was just FINALLY getting some traction but having a break might be nice to get my body back in shape again.

Best of luck to you all!

  • Ooh! You could plan a nice getaway weekend, go wine-tasting (it's that season now), chill on the beach (if you're close to one), and pamper yourself very mucho. That is probably what I would do to pass the time! GL!!

  • I'm sorry, I'm sure you're disappointed. I had to put off my first IVF because my lab was closed. I think you have the right attitude about giving yourself and your body a break.

    Everyone welcome!

  • I'm sorry.  I was canceled two cycles in a row and I know it can be hard.  I hope that this time flies by for you.
