My last two week appointment is today. I have a growth scan at 10:30am EST and my appointment right after. I'm scared to see how much I've gained because I feel like I've been eating non-stop these days, and not always things that are good for me. It's also my first cervical check. What I've been looking forward to this entire pregnancy. :-S
Edit to include: Good luck to everyone who has appointments today.

Normal OB check up this morning. As it's pants down anyway for the GBS test, I may ask for a cervical check...on the other hand I don't really want to know because I know it has no bearing on when I'll actually go into labor. Torn.
Had an appointment today. Still measuring a week behind (33 vs 34) but no one seems concerned, HB and BP were good, doc says baby is head down which is exciting.
Scheduled all my appts between now and after my due date. Not freaking out not freaking out not freaking out.
No alien baby photos today. Stinker was face down, spine/butt up. Said my fluid was on low side of normal. Waiting for her to consult with doc so I can escape and run through Krispy Kreme before picking up M.
Two cm dilated, woooooo!! Also high, thick and posterior, so it means shit so far as when I'll go into labor, but its farther than I ever got with C so I have hope that I won't need pit this time. Measuring a week ahead, both of us look healthy.
Okay just got done with my OB! Baby girl is head down, looking good. Heart beat is 155 with fluctuations which is good. They are going to keep an eye on a lump I have under my arm but said it can be normal as long as it doesnt grow. I go back in 3 weeks. She said if i go into labor early (I am 34 weeks) they wont try to stop it at this point because there would be no benefits from it for her health wise.
Next time I go in I have to get checked for a vaginal infection that isnt harmful to me, but if I have it, I have to be on antibiotics during delivery so it doesnt get to her.
Just had an ultrasound and OB appointment this morning.
Both babies look great and are head down. Baby A is estimated at 5 lbs 13 oz and Baby B is estimated at 5 lbs 10 oz. Fluid levels look great and my fundal height is 42cm. I am experiencing swelling in my lower legs, especially on my left side, but my blood pressure was low at 117/70 and I'm not passing protein in my urine, so doc says that is just normal swelling. He didn't do a pelvic exam explaining that at this point, if I go into labor, they won't try to stop it anyways. We will induce at 38 weeks unless I go earlier. Doc said the decision on whether or not to induce at 38 weeks is our choice, but these babies are already getting big and I will be pretty miserable by that point, so we are planning to induce if needed.
Funny thing was that he said I do pregnancy so well that I could consider being a surrogate. Really? It took us 4 years and multiple IVF cycles to get pregnant. Not that I'm considering being a surrogate, but it's funny to hear that anything related to reproduction has gone smoothly for me!
Growth scan showed baby girl at 7lbs and 19.2" long. I know it's only an estimate, but man oh man. HB 149. She's head down, which I've known because of all of the hiccups. She has a little extra fluid, but my OB wasn't worried. She's still high. No dialation but my cervix is soft. I measured at 37 weeks. I did gain some extra weight this time which the doctor mentioned. I said that I've been eating a lot lately, but she just said to make better choices. I'll remember that when I'm eating my ice cream cone tonight for dessert. I did actually go buy a bunch of fruits and veggies at the store today though.

Just got home from my midwife appt. I am 2-3cm, 70% effaced, -2 station! She said she would be surprised if I was still pregnant next Sunday for my induction, but if I am, she's confident that I won't have to do a C-section, and I can go for another VBAC!
Also had an NST and Isaiah looked great. Contractions were every 3 minutes or so, and things are definitely changing!
Everything looked normal! She was napping. She looks like she has chubby cheeks, she is head down and was facing towards the right side. I have one more every-two-week appt in two weeks (will be 36 weeks, and it will be my first cervical check) and then we'll go every week.
I made the rest of my appts, and the front desk asked me if I wanted to make one the week after my due date, just in case. "Yes....sigh." lol
Had my 34 week appointment this morning. I'm measuring 3 weeks behind, so my OB has scheduled another u/s in 2 weeks. His HB was 147 & everything looked great on his 32 week scan, so who knows why I am measuring so small.
Never did an update to what I thought was my post about my appt - normal fluid is 10-20cm, mine last week was 12, today was 8 and 9 (the two different readings). So I'm having another BPP on Monday, I'm supposed to "rest" more this weekend and try to get more fluids in. Depending on the results of the BPP, I may be looking at bedrest.

Had a growth scan and BPP done on Friday. This boy at 36 weeks is measuring (according to sonogram so who knows) 7lb3oz! Test went well though, he's breathing and moving just fine and fluids look good. Only a few more weeks!
