Sleep position

Hi all,
I've always been a stomach sleeper. At 25 weeks I try to prop a pillow slightly under my stomach to help keep me comfortable on my side. But when I wake up I feel like I more on my stomach than I should be. I'm afraid I'm going to squish her!! Can anyone comment?!

If you're comfortable on your stomach, than you're fine.  You won't squish the baby, and it is totally safe to sleep on your stomach.  Most women stop at some point because it gets to be uncomfortable and unnatural. But you're probably not big enough yet to feel that way.

    You're fine!

  • As both pp said, you'll be fine.  You won't hurt your baby sleeping on your stomach.  With lo, I'd fall asleep on my side and wake up on my stomach until I was 8 months.  This time, I hurting more when I wake, so I bet I will stop sooner.
