Please help me decide

Which delicious ice cream based treat to get this weekend!
We have been dairy-free since January. I have had some hidden dairy in the last couple of weeks and DS was fine. I was inspired by @jlp0528‌ 's dairy reintroduction success.
So if you would only get one treat possibly for the next few months what would you choose?

Re: Please help me decide

  • Friendly's sundae! My favorite is vanilla ice cream , caramel, Heath bar, and almonds. Salty and sweet. Yum!!

  • Friendlys Reese's pieces sundae!

Or I'd go to one of those self serve frozen yogurt places and overload on the toppings!

  • I've never tried any of the things PPs wrote but they all sound delicious.
If you have 16 handles near  you, that's my go-to frozen yogurt with incredible flavors and aaaall the toppings you can imagine.
  • Yummmmmmm!!!! Loving the ideas ladies! I can't wait.image
  • @jojo1112‌ You have all my sorries. :(
  • @jojo112 I'm a worried that I will find out that it is me too not just LO.
  • I had to cut out dairy for my LO too, I started adding back in hidden dairy a couple months ago and didn't notice any ill effects with her. So I added some full dairy back in and she tolerates it pretty well, only thing I notice is that if I have a lot of it the next day she gets hiccups a lot :p hopefully your LO will tolerate it better now so you can indulge!!! Mmm blizzards!!
  • Does it have to be ice cream? Man! If I had to give up dairy I would be craving all things cheese. I love cheese too much. Cottage cheese, port wine... all of it.

    @MegStark‌
Dairy was my main protein before I went on the elimination diet. I feel like all I've eaten is avocados and spinach for the last few months. I love cheese too. Cheesecake is my favorite 'cake'. I thought about  what I would want most if I only got one thing (pizza, cheese dip, fettuccine, cheesecake) but I think ice cream wins. I would have thought nachos for sure but I think all the talk about blizzards has done me in. :@)
I'm up for suggestions though :)
  • Cookies n cream ice cream w/ hot fudge!
  • @Salemkitty - Oh man, this thread is making me hungry. I think I'd go for my favorite pizza before ice cream. And yummm, fettuccine. I could eat both of those right now.

Let's be clear, I'm not hating on ice cream. Chocolate chip cookie dough blizzards are my go to. Or a chocolate malt (not shake... a real malt).

If I could only have one dairy treat it would for sure be cheese fries with sour cream and bacon.

But for ice cream I'd spring for coffee oreo from my fav place or an M&m blizzard.

  • DQ Oreo blizzard or a carvel ice cream cake (the ones with those delicious cookie crumbles)

    Dole whip is mspi safe!
I'd have some good cheese or ravioli.
