Last night around 9:30 I started bleeding. It's very much like a period. I've read all the forums about bleeding and am trying to keep hope alive but... I've had 3 children, no ectopics or miscarriages. My youngest is 4. Even at my AMA, turning 39 on Monday, I'm in pretty good shape. We've been tracking since October and my ovulation and periods have been really regular. I get my periods on the correct day in the morning so bleeding 2 days late at night was weird. Multiple BFN with many nurses telling me it's early to test since my IUI on the 20th and 21st. Please let me still be pregnant and this bleeding be implantation! No other symptoms like a normal period. No cramps or breast tenderness. Nauseous and puked yesterday morning.

We've been working on baby #1 since July 2013 using Open ID donor sperm. 8 IUI attempts with 5 actual IUIs and one chemical pregnancy. We have one fresh IVF cycle under our belts as well as a FET. I have endometriosis and a uterine septum that was corrected via surgery in November 2013.
11/14/14 - Second HSG shows that tubes are still clear and ute is looking good.
12/6/14 - Started BCPs in prep for IVF #2
12/22/14 - Saline u/s and endometrial scratch (All was clear and OUCH!)
1/2/15 - Began stimming for IVF #2

Implantation bleeding is typical 8-12ish dpo I think. My IB was literally two of the tiniest drops of blood on toilet paper when I wiped one day. Very minimal, but I've read all kind of things about how IB can look and some women get it heavier. So while I'm not saying this definitely is not IB, it's less likely. If I was in your shoes I would test with an FRER or CB digital and if still not satisfied then totally get a beta. If it is a pregnancy and you are having AF- like bleeding you need to find out asap.
