Hey Ladies! Happy Friday! I am sorry I am posting this a day early but I am going out of town tomorrow for my little sister's college graduation and won't be around to post. This is my first time doing this check-in so please let me know if I missed an update or something isn't right!

Hi! I would like to be added please! I just intro'ed the other day. After our long history in our signature, we are here again and hopefully this is it for us! We are pregnant with twins! EDD is Christmas Day!! I hope to hang around with all of you for a H&H 9 months!

Thanks @ttuprincess for taking over the check ins and good luck to @tippytoes06 in the 2nd trimester (as well as the rest of you who graduated)!

Not much of an update for me. Got to see the twins wiggling around on their 10week ultrasound Monday. I'm amazed how they're actually starting to look like babies (or, as DH calls them, "little hoomans.") Cant wait to see them next week.

I'm happy to say the nausea has subsided (except for waking up a few times early in the morning) and I'm not AS tired as I was around weeks 7-8. I started getting headaches again, though, which sucks. No noticeable baby bump, really, although my abdomen is hard and I can feel the difference. Some people who know I'm pregnant say they can see it, but it's usually right after I eat lunch :-) I just want to start looking pregnant, not fat.

QOTW: If we have b/g twins I'm pretty sure they will be Wilhelmina (Willa) and Ari. If they are g/g or b/g we might be in trouble. We don't have a close runner up for a second boy name and I don't think my second fav. girl name (Clara) sounds good with Willa. Too rhyme-y.

Hi ladies! I'm 11w4d w/ our twins. I had a surprise U/S this morning due to some cramping & spotting. Nerve wracking, but thankfully both babies look great and are measuring on track. Our NT scan is next week - I think we will announce after that.

QOTW: We are having a tough time w/ names! Currently we both can agree on Andrew for a boy (family name), and Aubrey for a girl - that'll probably change by tomorrow though!

QOTW: I have been thinking a lot about names lately. I really like Ella for a girl. I like Jackson for a boy but it is so popular.

Hello Ladies, I would love to join. I have been on the IF boards for a while now, and I am so excited to post here. Yesterday was our first ultrasound and there are 2 in there!!! holy moly! EDD is 12/27. Still trying to get a grip on all of this and I am excited to have a group like you that I can go through this journey with.

Hi! I think it's safe to intro here now. Our EDD is 12/24/2014 and we are expecting twins. Holy moly. Shouldn't have been a surprise since we put two back, but we were shocked that it worked at all, let alone that both decided to stick around! Both babies were measuring right on track and had hb's in the 120's, so far so good.

Morning sickness hit me hard this week. Yikes. It's like I'm hung over. Dizzy, sick to my stomach, nauseous. It's simply lovely! While I like the sign that things are okay, driving to work like that has been challenging. Then, teaching teenagers? Not a good combo!!

QOTD: My H likes some really stupid names. Like bizarre names that I don't really think are names. I hope he's just throwing them out there to annoy me because if he's being serious, I'm worried. So, we are no where near discussing anything serious, especially until I'm further along. I'm just not comfortable enough quite yet for names. Hopefully, soon.

Just trucking along here and this will be the longest I've ever waiting between doctor appts (4 weeks!). I'm not even sure I'll even get a scan next time and it's driving me crazy, however DH and I need to discuss the NT scan to see if we should make an appt to do that. I guess it has to be done in the next 2 weeks.

QOTW: We actually have a list of 4 each that we like and will hopefully narrow it down once we find out the sex!

I'm now 10w1d. They were measuring 2 and 4 days ahead last u/s. One of the babies has low amniotic fluid. I'm hoping it was just a fluke and am trying to drink as much water as I can but it's hard with m/s too.

QOTW: we have no idea on names. I know we want them complementing but not rhyming. I think we need to wait to see what the sexes are then we can talk names.

hi ladies! No news- NT test on 5/23 and next OB on 5/30. Eager to have another u/s once we're in the "safe zone" because I constantly worry. I feel like I'm starting to have a little belly, but DH says it's me being paranoid.

Names: Selviana Grace for a girl and Oliver George for a boy. First names are ones we love, middle names are my family names and last name will be DH's. :-)

Hi ladies! I am 12w1d and saw my OB for the first time. She said that I am no longer special and that I am officially a normal pregnant lady. Got to see LO suck her thumb and kicking away. She said I have a very active baby and I'll be feeling her soon. DH and I are both smitten. It will be the last time I see her until our 20 week scan!! Not sure how well I'm going to handle that.

Qotw: DH and I were struggling for a boy name, but now we know it's a girl that can wait. Our daughters name will be Elisabeth Victoria aka Ellie. Elisabeth is DHs moms name and Victoria is my grandmas name.. I cannot wait to tell both of them that we are naming her after them.

Hey ladies,

Today was the 2nd day without throwing up!!!! Finally starting to feel human again. I am 10w1d today. Next appt is May 23rd with OBGYN and May 28 for NT scan. They rescheduled my NT scan

It was supposed to be earlier. Still no ultrasounds or anything since 7w. Getting a little stir crazy. Going to try using a doppler tomorrow.

QOTW: We are throwing around the names of Jonathan Daniel and Jackson Thomas for boys. I like Cayleigh Ann for a girl but the spelling is to be determined.

Hi all- I've been lurking here for a while now and commenting here and there, but would like to join the check-in

I am 8w1d today. Today I was officially released from the RE. I will be seeing a perinatologist for the remainder of my pregnancy, and have my first appointment with them next week.

My EDD is 12/17 but I will prob go earlier than that b/c I'll be having a scheduled c/s.

I am so so happy to see so many names that I recognize and so many other Shimmering Shams!!

QOTD: We have not talked names at all, and probably won't for a good while. We are both really reserved about things right now.

I can't believe I'm nearing the end of my first tri. I had my second Ob appointment earlier this week and now I'm just a normal pregnant lady. My next appointment is in 6 weeks for the a/s, which is officially the longest between appointments. Some days morning sickness has my number & other days I'm the one kicking butts & taking names. I'm hoping I'm on the verge of going to the other side sooner vs. later with the m/s.

QOTW: Top boy name (decided years ago): Peyton and if it were up to me his middle name would be Jacob (after my maternal grandfather). Top girl name: Nora and once again if it were up to me her middle name would be Mae (semi-family name on my dad's side). However, we never got past first names because of IF and I just couldn't go there. Now if the twins are b/b or g/g we have no second choices yet. We probably won't start discussing it more until we find out the sexes.

I am 11 weeks, 3 days and feeling better this week than the last couple, but I really can't complain because aside from being tired, I've felt pretty good this whole time. We go for our NT scan next Thursday and I am really looking forward to it! After that we will tell my in-laws and then it's fair game, though I keep spilling the beans early! I just can't help it

QOTW: We have a couple names that we like, but now that I am pregnant we haven't talked about it. We will probably talk more after the A/S when we will know if they are boys or girls or one of each.

I'm 10w6d today and have been feeling less nauseous lately. More good days than bad, but I still get the occasional nausea / food aversions, usually right in time to make dinner. Our next OB appointment isn't until the end of the month since we opted out of the NT scan, which seems like forever away.

QOTW: We still plan on using Clara Grace for a girl, which was on our girl list when we were pregnant with #1. Option #2 for a girl is Abigail. Boys are much harder. DS is Luca which is also DH's middle name, so that was an easy choice. So far for #2, we have tossed around Bennett, Owen and Julian (DH's pick). We also really like the nickname Frankie, but don't like any full names that go with it, so that's probably out.

11 weeks today! Each day I'm starting to have a little more faith in this pregnancy. Still no symptoms to report and I'm jealous of all the girls who have bumps on the november board. NT is scheduled for the 19th and I leave for Jamaica tomorrow!!

QOTW: We've had our names picked for a while George and Lourdes, after my father and MIL, but I'm beginning to question the name Lourdes, I'm just not sure I love it anymore but I don't want to hurt DH's feelings.

8 weeks today! Had another bleeding scare this week, but another ultrasound showed that the baby still looks perfect. They have no idea what is causing the blood. I have my first "official" OB appointment next week and the doctor said she's sneak in another ultrasound for my peace of mind.

GTKY: A boy will almost certainly be Gabriel Joseph (Joseph is a family name on both sides). We are less decided on girl names, but middle name will definitely be Sue, another family name on both sides.

Hi Ladies! I've missed the last few check-ins. To be honest, I had to step away for a while and get my head on straight... I was reading into too much and making myself a crazy person! I think I've got it together now! LOL!

Been pretty uneventful around here. I'll be 13 weeks tomorrow. Don't see the OB again until 5/21, which after weekly appointments at the RE and moving right to the OB, this seems like an ETERNITY. Doc said if I want an U/S at every appointment, I can get one to ease my mind, so I might take her up on that! Ended up at the OB's office and found out I have a mild SCH, but wasn't put on bed rest or limited activity or anything... by my Dr. anyway. Dr. Hubby sent me home from work for 2 days though! I've renamed DH - Mother Hen. (even though I secretly LOVE all the worrying he does!)

QOTW - We have 1 boys name and 1 girls name figured out for the most part... Still working on the middle name if we have a girl. If they're b/b or g/g, I guess baby B will just be nameless because we don't LOVE anything else as much as we do our first choices! But we've still got some time to work out the details...

I hope you all get to enjoy your Mother's Day tomorrow, I know I'm already going into this one in a far better place than I have year's past!

I am 11 weeks and 3 days and very happy to have stopped the chalky progesterone. Got to hear the heartbeat at MWs this week. I am completely and unbelievably happy.

QOTW - we have our girls name pick (Ava) but no boys name yet. Plus we are team green.

Had my 12 wk appointment with my MW last Friday and got to hear the heartbeat! Everything is going on track and my MS is subsiding. We are officially telling everyone this week, so I am somewhat nervous about that. Mostly just about having to fend off stupid comments!

QOTW: We are waiting until the 20 week u/s but have a list left from LO#1. I hope its a girl because I'm not really into any of the boy names left on the list. I really like Ada or Elodie right now. We waited a few days to decide with DS, and will probably do the same for this LO

I'm reading a book right now where one of the characters is named "Elodie." I'd never heard of it before but think that it's such a cute name.

Well update to this, we are now 1 bean. This weekend I miscarried baby a. I'm still devastated, but trying to be strong for baby b that still looks good. I go tomorrow or Friday for another ultrasound to see how baby b is doing. Thoughts and prayers are greatly appreciated right now!

Today has been an interesting day. I had my 7 week ultrasound today, and while I was diagnosed with a hematoma last week and have been bleeding on and off, both Baby A and Baby B were growing and their heartbeats measured right where they should be. However just as my Dr was about to take a "family portrait" she noticed that Baby A had spilt and there were actually three babies. As I started to freak out, my Dr looked closer and realized that the third baby didn't have a heartbeat and was actually very behind in growth. This led her to state that she believes that my pregnancy will naturally reduce down to 1 single baby, as my body will "most likely get rid of the sac containing both strong Baby A and its identical non-growing sibling" I am freaking mess. I don't know what I feel or what to do. I have read online that baby A could just "absorb" its twin, but my Dr made it sound like miscarriage of that baby was eminent. Sorry for the long post, hoping that posting to you ladies will help me figure out all my emotions.

@kathrynShustek, I am so sorry you got uncomfortable news today. Are they now thinking the bleeding is coming from the sac with baby a and the identical twin? I really hope they are wrong and baby a just absorbs the identical twin and both twins continue to grow and stay healthy. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your DH.

@irishlove16 thank you for your kind words, especially since you are going through a tough time yourself. The bleeding is actually just a hematoma - and is not related to the the non-growing baby. Its been just a whirlwind of emotions. But yes, I really hope baby A just absorbs the non-growing one and can stick around. You are still in my thoughts Irish.

Hi ladies!

Had my ultrasound today to follow up on baby b. Everything looks amazing! I have a little fighter on my hands to pull through all of this! Heart rate was 176! And the baby measured right on track 8w1d. It even looked more like a baby with little hand and feet stubs. Thank god!!!! We have been so worried about this one after everything we have been through. I go back again next Thursday before getting discharged. Please keep praying for us! It's helping a lot!! Thank you all!

Went in today for my 12 week. Baby is measuring at 12 weeks 5 days with a hb of 150. Neck size looked good so far!! Did bloodwork, so a little nervous this week since this is the "chromosomal abnormality" test week...

So far so good. Plan on telling family about pregnancy in the next week. We kept all the IVF and fertility stuff a secret
