natural friendly ob/gyn or midwife - south shore

Can anyone recommend a natural childbirth/intervention free ob/gyn midwife on the south shore? We're talking about when we're going to expand our family and we are currently looking at Jordan OB/GYN although Jordan Hospital is about 30 minutes away from us as opposed to SSH which is about 10 minutes away.
We were at Crown for our first and while I liked most of the doctors I saw, they had a policy of doing NST + BPP testing starting at 40w+1 and doing a routine induction at 41 weeks, which I was very unhappy about, even though I never made it that far (delivered at 40w+5). I am looking for a practice that would be more open to not doing some of those types of interventions. I know at Jordan they don't do induction usually before 42 weeks but looking for some other options as well.
