Moving to the 'burbs

DH's job search is just beginning, and because we know it will take longer than when we have to be out of student housing, we have a rental now in NJ!  Signing the lease on Friday.  I'm moving!  To the suburbs!  The suburbs of a new state I have never lived in!  Hold me close, Bumpies   @-)  I'm going to be living in a house for the first time as a grownup.  First time I'll have to worry about stuff like a lawn and snow removal (not for many months, of course) and aahhhhhhhhhhhhhh.

Paramus!  Close enough to my job and possible jobs for DH.  We're going to have to get a CAR.  I don't even know where to start with that one, lol.  But then we'll have a car!  I can go to the grocery store and buy more than I carry home by hand!  I am excited about that  \:D/

Grocery shopping is a constant struggle, especially for a family that is always buying gallons of milk!  Right now DH does a milk run once a week and I try to go to the store at least once a week to grab the essentials if not meal stuff.  Lately I've been going on Sunday with LO which makes it even harder because I can only carry so much when I have him with me and have to carry him up the stairs to our apartment (if I don't want to spend 30 mins dragging Mr. Stubborn up one step at a time).  School has made us both crazed the past few weeks, though, and our cupboards are very bare.  Plus city supermarkets stink, they're so small and have such limited selection, I can't wait to be out in those large markets with food as far as the eye can see  =D>
