I posted a few days ago about how I have an interview coming up tomorrow. I am thinking about possible questions that I will be asked and possible good questions to ask during the interview. I usually do well with being asked questions, but I am struggling with good questions to ask the interviewers. Besides the usual things like "what qualities are you looking for in an ideal candidate" does any one have any good suggestions? I know that there are a few ladies in HR on this board- any good questions that you have heard during interviews lately? This first interview is in a group setting (5 of us) so I really want to stand apart. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

Thanks!
Re: Interview Questions?
Not in HR, but I would think about possible questions that you would really like to know about the position to help you make a decision if you would be a good fit. I think that genuine interest in the position/company comes across better than some question that you are 'suppose to ask'.
For example, in my position some companies make it direct charge, some make it overhead. I much prefer overhead, so I would ask how the new company bills my position.
I usually ask what a typical day looks like for the position.
Good Luck!
