I live out in the country and this huge snake was entertaining my lab outside. I guess it'd be fair to say I won't be getting restful sleep tonight.

I hate having to deal with crap like that.. Hope your dog took care of it and you didn't have to kill it yourself.

Yeah I live in the country too and I've already seen a few black snakes laying in the road *shudder*

Actually I called my neighbor over because my husband was at work and he chopped his head off. But than my lab proceeded to throw the body around a good 5 minutes thinking he was killing it. Luckily my neighbor threw it over the fence. Yeah very unpleasant. Snake is a snake, dangerous or not I get the heebie jeebies.

I HATE snakes! We get them all the time and I still can't get used to it (not sure that I should!)
