spasms?

My 3.5 month old has been throwing her arms back and tensing up when lying on her back. It lasts maybe a second and then she is fine again. I have terrified myself by using Google today. Anyone experience anything similar? We have a doc appt tomorrow & I recorded it this morning when it happened.

I don't know if that's really a spasm? Mine does the same thing sometimes, but it's because he wants to be sitting up instead of lying down... he's been really against lying on his back lately, except for when he's tired.
