Spotting at 5 weeks

My husband and I are pregnant after our 3rd IVF and I am now 5 weeks pregnant. I noticed this morning that I had a bit of brown discharge when inserting the Crinone and now I have very light pink spotting when I wipe.  I go in for another HCG test on Thursday and will have my first ultrasound next week.  Just feeling very worried that I may lose the baby.

Any insight would be appreciated!

There is a very similar post a few down, it might help to hear the experiences there as well.  Crinone is known for causing cervical irritation, so that's a likely possibility.  Also, spotting can be very normal in early pregnancy.  Pink and brown are fine.  If it became a large quantity of red blood, that would be much more worrisome, but still not necessary the end.  I know it's scary, but there really isn't anything you can do either way.  Just take it easy, drink water, and think positive thoughts. 
I spotted quite a bit with this pregnancy, and now I'm almost 39 weeks.
