wtf appointment

I have no idea what is going on in my uterus. My ultrasound showed multiple small on both ovaries no dominant follicle and no corpus letuim. The Dr thinks i must have ovulted already as I have a great lining.Blood tests should be in around 11 am. But how could I have ovulated if I have multiple small on both ovaries? Usually it is 1 dominate follow and all quiet on the other ovary. The nurse was no fucking help she wouldn't tell me anything just kept trying to rush me out the door. I don't know what is going on so I don't know if I should cry or be pissed.

Anyone know a good clinic in Toronto I'm starting to think we need a second opinion?
