Do you have any upcoming appointments or milestones? I have an appt next week, hopefully we can find out the gender.
Any pregnancy symptoms or pregnancy cravings or aversions? Craving cheese
QOTW: Have there been any instances in this pregnancy that have been similar to last time? NO Good or bad.
Open Topic. What is on your mind this week? Im starting to feel baby moving and it's so beautiful, I never felt Emily move this much and that makes me sad. But Im soaking in every moment with this little one... I am in love....
Amelia made a fast entrance to this world on Friday, May 2nd. After only 2 1/2 hours of labour and an ambulance ride to the hospital, she was born in under 10 minutes of arriving at the hospital. She was born at 7:19 pm weighing 8lbs 15oz. She is slightly jaundice so we are keeping an eye on that but she is absolutely perfect otherwise and we are all so very in love!!! Thank you all so very much for your support on this board, it has meant so much to me!!! I wish you all the best with your own rainbow births!!!!
Do you have any upcoming appointments or milestones? I had a growth scan yesterday and an OB appt on Thursday. Relieved that yesterday showed our little guy was measuring right on track. Just keeping my FX that I get good news about my GTT on Thursday!
Any pregnancy symptoms or pregnancy cravings or aversions? My biggest symptom right now is probably just being exhausted all of the time! As for cravings, mostly just food I shouldn't eat like, chocolate anything and fried foods.
QOTW: Have there been any instances in this pregnancy that have been similar to last time? Good or bad. Finding out the other week that my iron was low and that I had to take the 3 hour GTT was upsetting because I received the same call during my pregnancy with Izzie and then about 3 weeks later she was gone. Not related, but just stirred up memories.
Open Topic. What is on your mind this week? Just trying to stay in a positive, optimistic head space as I approach both my loss milestone and the 1 year loss anniversary of Izzie.
@mrsgerman I had exactly the same fears. I can't tell you how many times I broke out my Doppler just to check because my little guy was lazy and didn't move enough to satisfy me. PGAL brain is so difficult to get through. Even now that they're here I find myself waking up scared and checking on them numerous times in the night. It's just so hard to believe that they're ok and they're safe. Sending big hugs your way.
13 weeks 2 days today but baby measured 13 weeks 6 days yesterday at 13 weeks 1 day. They are keeping my due date of November 10.
Any upcoming appointments or milestones?
Yesterday was a really big day for us. We had a 13 week ultrasound with an MFM due to our loss history (they usually make you wait until 19 or 20 weeks) and he (we did the Panorama test which came back low risk so also know the sex) looked great. We lost our daughter to a terminal diagnosis so to say we were terrified of that ultrasound would have been an understatement.
I know we will have hurdles to face but yesterday was an amazing day. I couldn't stop crying of happiness and my husband couldn't stop asking the sonographer if everything still looked OK. After five losses (most of which were do to chromosomal issues) I was starting to believe that having biological children just wasn't in the cards for us. We feel very blessed and though of course very cautiously optimistic. We are still waiting to announce until my anatomy scan in mid June.
Any pregnancy symptoms/cravings/aversions:
Morning sickness comes and goes especially if I wait to eat. I love everything with meat and haven't been into sweets which is very opposite for me.
Open Topic:
I am just so grateful that yesterday went well. I am trying to allow myself to be open to the idea that maybe finally this could actually work out. I suppose it's normal to feel like something else might go wrong because it has so many times before but I'm trying not to let those thoughts take over. It's a balance for sure.

QOTW: Have there been any instances in this pregnancy that have been similar to last time? Good or bad.
Everything is pretty similar so far, but I am just obviously looking for a better outcome this time!
Open Topic. What is on your mind this week? Well I got two "mother-to-be" Mother's Day cards in the mail today. I'm glad people think of me... but I am just kind of sad because I already consider myself a mother! And I remember last year thinking that in one year I would have my first real Mother's Day and here I am one year later thinking the same thing. It just brings back the same old story that I'm sad to not have my son here with me!
first son stillborn 7/20/13 at 39 weeks due to Acute Fatty Liver of Pregnancy
It's a girl! Baby Anna was born August 3, 2014!
U/s this morning. I'm measuring 5w6d and there was a heartbeat of 80. The only good news was that baby has grown a week since our last appointment and now has a hearbeat. I'm not off on my dates (got a BFP at 9 DPO), so there isn't much wiggle room. I get another u/s on Friday May 16.
Limited symptoms.
