Pregnancy Brain and DH

I think he's finally getting some prospective on how to deal with my pregnancy brain. I came home to a few notes this evening.

This weekend, we were unloading the groceries and I knew he had to get another load but I closed up the van. Went in the house with my load and ended up locking him out of the house.

I yelled at DH last night because he was blocking the refrigerator and I couldn't think of the word "refrigerator" so that I could ask him to move like a normal person.

I locked us out of the house and my husband had to actually break in! not good...

True story: this morning I put the cup of coffee I just poured for MH back in the cupboard of mugs.  Then, I looked around and wondered "....where did his coffee go?".

 I have had a few ones I can't live down.

I tried to lock my fridge with my car key buttons. I stood outside my fridge waiting for it to beep to say it was locked.I stood there for three minutes trying to figure out why it wasn't beeping.My husband could not stop laughing. The other day my boss bragged about how he was a spelling bee champ in middle school and I asked what word did he spell to win. He said catastrophe and had spelled it for me. I said that he didn't spell it right and that the end was ERE. He tells me that spells catastrophere.I felt like an idiot. So all day the guys were like "look out it's a catatstrophere".

I love hearing all of these stories. Its so crazy what pregnancy can do to your brain.

Pregnancy brain I swear is going to get me fired. There have been times where I can't remember anything about my job and what I am supposed to do and days where I forget I am supposed to go to work at a certain time.My boss thinks its hilarious since that is so not who I am....this baby is taking away my good work reputation lol!
