Hi ladies,
It's a bittersweet day for me ... it's time for me to make a move. I joined this board in December and was immediately welcomed. I'm amazed at the wonderful women, supportive environment and wealth of knowledge that you provide. This board has always made me feel very safe. I'm scared to move on, but I'm very excited at the same time.
I had my first IUI on March 22. I was hopeful and optimistic and scared to death at the same time. I prepped myself and took a HPT on Wednesday, April 2 and got a BFN. I took another HPT on Thursday, April 3 and got another BFN. So I told myself I'd be ok and that I'd go to my beta on Friday, April 4 and get in the mind frame to move on to the next IUI. Well, my nurse called on Friday afternoon and asked how I was doing, how things were going and how I was feeling. I told my nurse that I was ok, just ready to get this over with and try again. Imagine my shock when she said there's no need for another IUI because we were pregnant.
I've kept it secret for the most part (I've posted a few times in the birth month board and PAIF). Hubby and I told our parents this past weekend and we had our final RE appointment this morning and we graduated. We're approved to move on to an OB. Our little bean is healthy with a heartbeat of 170 and measuring 8 weeks 5 days.
Ladies, thank you so much for all of the support, knowledge, compassion and camaraderie. If it's ok, I'd still like to lurk around from time to time. I will be rooting for you ladies and hoping that you all have success very soon.

We've been working on baby #1 since July 2013 using Open ID donor sperm. 8 IUI attempts with 5 actual IUIs and one chemical pregnancy. We have one fresh IVF cycle under our belts as well as a FET. I have endometriosis and a uterine septum that was corrected via surgery in November 2013.
11/14/14 - Second HSG shows that tubes are still clear and ute is looking good.
12/6/14 - Started BCPs in prep for IVF #2
12/22/14 - Saline u/s and endometrial scratch (All was clear and OUCH!)
1/2/15 - Began stimming for IVF #2

March 2014 - HSG left tube blocked, right tube partially blocked bilaterial partial obstruction; onward to the RE in April
May 1, 2014 - Lap surgery and chromopertubation; Dr removed a bit of endo, but everything looks healthy & tubes are clear!
May 2014- First medicated cycle, 2.5mg femara+TI; BFN
June 2014- 2.5mg femara + hCG + IUI on 6/18= BFP on 6/28!; C/P on 7/3
July 2014- 2.5mg femara + IUI #2 on 7/18. Starting progesterone 7/23, bfn
August 2014- 2.5mg femara + hCG + IUI # 3 on 8/15. BFN

12/1 - TOT & SIS- RE found a polyp
12/15 - Hysterscopic surgery to remove the polyp; additional polyps found and removed
12/29- Good baseline u/s, 12 antral follies
12/30- Started stimming
1/10 - ER: 17 retrieved, 14 fertilized!

DH SA March,May 2014 - Low motility and shape issues. On vitamins per RE to help
Me testing April 3, 2014 - FSH and LH good, HSG showed blocked right tube
April 29, 2014 - First RE appt., right tube needs to be removed and possibly left also if
it's bad too. RE suggests going straight to IVF
June 4, 2014 - LAP/HSC and unexpected endo. removed but tubes got to stay!
June 13, 2014 - Post-Op appointment. We decide where to go next since main issue
is MFI influenced. Trying naturally until decision... Repeat SA in September. Aiming for IUI #1 November 2014.

November 2014: IVF w/ICSI #4 Agonist/Antagonist with EPP and Prednisone, Baby Aspirin, Lovenox, and IVIG for immune issues. Converted to freeze all due to lining issues. 2 blasts frozen on day 6!
January 2015: FET #2 Cancelled due to lining issues
April 2015: FET #2.1

Hardest freaking secret to keep. I wanted to shout it from the rooftops to anyone and everyone who would listen, but IF brain helped me keep it in check.
I really can't tell you guys how awesome you are. Going through IF treatments is horrible, but you gals make everything tolerable because I knew that if I needed support or anything at all I could come here. Totally tearing up right now.

February 2013: second HSG, fibroids pushed on tubes which blocked them somewhat
March 2013: MRI to determine what type of surgery may be necessary
July 29, 2013: fibroids (5) removed via robotic laparascopy
August 2013 - Nov 2013 : benched due to recent surgery

IUI #4 canceled due to lack of response to letrozole
IUI #4.1 April 28, 2014, BFN
May 16, 2014: wtf consult, start prepping for IVF in June and add injects for one last IUI in the meantime
IUI #5 started letrozole and bravelle but canceled after HSG led to new diagnosis

November 26, 2014 - RE finally back from vaca and reviewed my chart, no more IVFs for rest of calendar year
December 1, 2014 - Right after Thanksgiving, I called a new clinic and got in right away! Plan for IVF
December 17, 2014 - ER! 29 retrieved (!!), 16 mature, all 16 fertilized (ICSI)
