Toddler Blue Dress Shoes

Can anyone help?  DS is in my brother's wedding in 3 weeks. They got him the Sperry's (link below), but they are too narrow.  The salesperson at Stride Rite said these shoes don't come in wide width and she didn't think going up a size would really help.  Can anyone help me find similar shoes?  Basically I need navy or dark blue toddler wide width dress shoes.  I've searched everywhere and I don't know if these don't exist OR if I'm a terrible shopper.

Edit:  I need size 6 wide width for a 2 year old.

Those would be perfect but the smallest size is 7.5.  I'll see if I can find them in a smaller size thanks!

not super dressy and not navy, but it says they are good for wide feet,
