Happy Monday y'all! How was everyone's weekend? Is your week off to a good start?
I totally slacked off at the end of last week. I didn't workout Thursday, Friday, or Saturday. I also ate like crap on Thursday night which I know contributed to my not working out on Friday, which set the tone for Saturday. Anyway, last night I knew if I didn't get in some physical activity my week would be shit. So at 9:30 last night I laced up my sneaks and did 30 minutes of cardio on Sworkit. I felt so good after. And I'm full of energy today. I'm planning to do C25K tonight. I'm starting over because it rained all last week so I wasn't able to keep my schedule (I was only two days in).

I did not work out this morning, because I was up way too late last night to set my alarm for 5:15. We had a lot of parties this weekend so did not eat how I have been, but I am trying REALLY hard to adopt the "this is a lifestyle, not a diet" mentality, so I know that it is not a big deal because that is not how I typically eat. Healthy interesting meals are planned for the rest of the week, and a great looking salad is waiting for me in the fridge at work. It is actually nice out today, so hopefully will get a walk or run in with the fam before dinner. DH likes to take walks but sometimes it is hard to convince him to do more than stroll.
What is this sworkit you all are speaking of? Inform me..
No workout today and I slacked off yesterday although I had time for an hour long walk through the park. Saturday I walked 4 miles in about an hour which for me is really hauling ass. Its back to the gym tomorrow, Wednesday and Thursday while DD is in school. I lost 3.4 lbs last week and I'm hoping for another loss this week!
