Milk Rash

DS constantly has a red rash around his mouth, eczema like. It is constantly there and keeps getting worse. I am leaning towards it being from milk. Anyone experience this? He was at my moms this weekend and it did clear up a bit, she uses 1% milk vs whole milk he gets at home. Just looking for any advice.

    DD gets eczema around her mouth when she is teething and drooling a lot or if I miss a spot wiping her mouth after she eats. Could it be something like that?
