Sad/stressed

So I just found out my grandpa has lung cancer and only has approximately 6 weeks to live. Im having a hard time because im so happy I get to meet my little girl soon but so sad to lose my grandpa. We just lost my grandma (his wife) last Feb and my cousin in Dec. I cant deal with this much death. I am trying to stay positive and be very thankful he will get to meet my daughter. I usually dont ask for this but any thoughts and prayers are very much appreciated!

oh wow I'm so sorry! that's a lot to deal with . I lost my nana a couple weeks ago and it's so much worse when you have a baby on the way. I'll be praying for you! keep your head up

I lost my papaw in march, so I know how you feel. It is very hard to deal with, but remember that he will not be in any pain once he is gone. Plus, he will be with his wife again! He will be able to tell her all about your sweet baby. In the mean time, I will be saying a prayer for your family!

I'm really sorry you're going through this. My dad died of lung cancer when DD was 6weeks old. He had been diagnosed less than 6 months earlier. It was hard. He was so excited to be a grandpa and he never got to meet her in person, only over FaceTime. I hope your grandpa gets to meet your LO and make some memories. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.
