Game/competition ideas for 2-6 yrs

I'm co-hosting a large family gathering this summer and would like to coordinate games for our LOs. There will be kids ranging in age from 3-6 as well as a few infants and a 2yr old. Does anyone have suggestions on games/relay races/competitions that could be fun and age appropriate? There's a pool on site so water games can be included!
Thanks!

For a toddler birthday party, we had a little bounce house/ball pit. It was the small inflatable kind. Our neighbors down the street have large kind that have to be plugged into a generator. We're not that serious.
We also had a little bowling game with light up pins.
I think bean bag toss is good, whether they play it correctly or not.
Sidewalk chalk can entertain well if you have a place to put it.
Bubbles are popular with the little set as well. The younger ones may have trouble blowing them though. A well-placed bubble machine can entertain kids and adults alike.
