Kitchen cupboard refinishing kits?

I'm thinking of redoing my cupboards with one of those Rust o leum kits from Home Depot. I'm interested in feed back from people that have used one of these kits before.

We used the one for counter tops and it worked great! It was a big mess and pretty labor intensive though. I just used regular paint on the cupboards.

We used one for our counters, now 4 years later it's starting to chip and wear in some places. We just used boring old paint and primer for the cupboards, that has held up much better.
