For everyone who is up to date on the above, where are you in your current cycle and how's it going?

I am 8 DPO on CD27. This is the most "normal" cycle I've ever experienced. We had great timing, and I am hopeful. I also haven't experienced any spotting, which is unusual, as I normally begin spotting 6-7 DPO.

Even if this cycle doesn't result in a pregnancy, I'm still over the moon that my body did what it was supposed to do.

QOTW:

I'm shamefully addicted to Netflix. I've been known to marathon certain shows for entire weekends, breaking only to eat and pee(limited sleep)
Lately though, I've been really getting into learning to cook with my new PCOS friendly diet. It's like learning to eat all over again, nutritional pyramid be damned.

I am 6dpo in what I believe is my last IUI.

QOTW: I feel so busy with work all the time! Other than that I read a lot and my weekends are usually busy with plans.

I had IUI #2 yesterday. So, the 2ww has started. Beta on 5/19 if no period yet.

Escaping form IF is sometimes difficult for me. I am really extroverted so a lot of times I will submerse myself in plans and get together with friends that make me laugh.

I tracked nothing this month.  When my RE told me that IVF was my only option, I stopped tracking everything.  Based off of previous cycles, I would guess that I am right about 14DPO TO 15 DPO. I had spotting for 3 days, but now it has stopped for 2 days. I wish AF would just show up so that I could start by BCPs.  I tested yesterday and got a BFN.

@Hoping4LO‌ I totally understand wanting to cut the fertile insensitive friends out of your life. I was actually discussing this with my husband and a friend fri night. I think when you have been hurt by someone the wounds never heal. I'm cutting out a "friend" in my life too.

AFM: I started bc yesterday prepping for IVF. I won't go back to the RE until 5-23 for an us to see how my ovaries look. Now I'm just waiting and trying to get as healthy as possible.

QOTW: normally I escape to Savannah after all my miscarriages. I haven't been able to lately but I've been running for my stress relief. I think once we get a plans for IVF we may escape to savannah over the summer.

I'm still on a break so nothing new here. I'm CD2 and figure I'll take another cycle off. It could be another 2-3 months before my next cycle, but I guess I can use the time off. 

Sometimes I feel there is no escaping IF, but watching Netflix has been taking my mind off of things. I decided to watch Star Trek from the very beginning- every series. I'm on The Original Series, Episode 6 so I have a while to go. This should definitely keep me distracted for the next 10 years lol.

We had our embryo transfer on Friday. We only transferred one 4BB blast because I am at a high risk for OHSS. So far I feel mostly okay though. Beta is next Monday so we'll just be hoping and praying until then.

Today we found out that we have six frozen embryos which means that this cycle is already a huge success compared to our first one. We are so relieved and so grateful.

QOTW: My favorite distraction is to take the dogs to the local park. There are a bunch of trails so we can really just get away from people, from everything.

I had my lining check appointment Thursday and my lining looked perfect, 10.2mm and triple striped. I started PIO and three more days until our transfer! We are planning on transferring 2 blasts. They are thawing our 6 day 2 embryos and growing them to blast. If we don't get two from these embryos, we'll thaw the blasts and re freeze whatever we don't transfer.

QOTW: I usually read to escape IF. I am one of those people that can completely lose themselves in a book.

No much to update, I'm on CD 6 of a non medicated cycle due to work. Back to charting, I really enjoyed not having to chart last cycle.

I am 10dpiui, with Beta on Tuesday....I think it's probably a lost cause though, due to my ovulating before having mature follicles. If so, we will be moving on to IVF this summer...QOTW: I like watching cheesy reality tv (The Bachelor, Big Brother, etc) to take my mind off IF. Also love to get outside now that the weather is finally warming up.

Right now I am on CD 12 on our 2nd natural cycle after my lap.  I just got a positive OPK, so hopefully temps will confirm O soon.  

For my release from IF, I love to play softball and ride bikes.  When I'm doing both of those, I don't worry about temping, I don't worry about anything...I'm just having fun

Currently on CD3.  We'll have an ultrasound and hopefully bloodwork tomorrow.  This will be another Clomid + TI cycle with Ovidrel.

I have a really hard time with IF because it makes me feel like a lousy wife sometimes.  So to get away from it, I love to do domestic things that make me feel better about myself.  Today I baked cookies for DH for lunch this week, cooked dinner, cleaned the kitchen.  After dinner, I'll pack lunches for tomorrow and iron clothes.  Doing all of those things is really a release for me.

CD7 here. We're going to try another IUI this month per DHs wishes. We'll do an unmedicated (except for the trigger) IUI which I expect will be 5/12 or 5/13 (ish.) I'm waiting to hear back from the RE about some pre-IVF testing. I hope to get most of our testing done in the next month or two. I'm kind of in denial about finding the $$ for IVF, really need to sit down and look at our savings and budget for the summer ASAP. QOTW: staying busy at work is the only thing that really distracts me from IF. But I've been riding my horses and canoeing lately when I have the time, which also helps. Time for the recent 3T "dry spell" to let up...we need some BFPs ASAP!!!

Well I suppose today would be CD40, Just finished my last pill of this round of Provera, Now I await AF to start Clomid round 2. What a nightmare last month was. So far may seems much better already. Im just so tired of PCOS just tired tired tired.... 

My escape: Work its been such a nice escape for me lately since I have been so busy.

Anyone know what happened to the IVF checkin? I can't remember seeing it for a while. I was looking for a check in since I'm starting the IVF process with others going through the same thing as me.

I'm mostly mobile but I could try to start one if someone could direct me on what to do or where it was left off.

I'm on bc pills for now, so I'm on day 26. I was temping to keep the habit, but haven't bothered lately.
I just had my lap done this past Thursday. Our RE gave the mr limited information - I had some endo, which she removed, and a small fibroid. My tubes are clear though, and everything, even my fimbrial, looked good!! We have a follow up appt on Wednesday to look at all the pictures and figure out what to do next.
I'm guessing a medicated cycle? Maybe IUI? I need to do some research.

I guess I mostly look at cat memes. And pinterest.

@Pintobean39‌ I don't know what happened to the IVF checkin...I think AlaskaDee23 was doing it, but she's taking a break since her BFN. Not sure who was supposed to pick it up. AFM, just on BCPs, trying to move on from my BFN. Also dealing with "friends" who suck at dealing with IF so I can relate there.

I'm currently waiting out the longest cycle ever (okay, I'm being a little melodramatic). I am still temping, but I haven't seen any consistent changes. I just want AF to come so I can start over and start temping vaginally. I'm so over this cycle.

Currently 4dpiui over here, trying Crinone once daily for the first time... I hope it makes a difference! I had two good follicles on my R ovary, and two smaller on my L. SA was great, but included enough white blood cells for DH to have a culture done today. I'm hoping everything is normal.

QOTW: Work really helps to take my mind off of everything, and weekend getaway trips!

CD 24 waiting to O, which I expect to happen tonight.  Which of course puts AF on schedule to arrive the weekend I'll be in Pittsburgh in a wedding and it's our anniversary weekend also. Never fails that nasty bitch always shows up in time to travel. 

H has his Fert Urology appointment this week.  I can't go because it's the same time as my final, so I have a list for him to take.  I'm a nervous wreck.  He's cool as a cucumber. 

QOTW:  School and work keeps me busy.  I do a lot of walking and we are putting the finishing touches on a complete home remodel.

Today is CD2... I started my period while taking progesterone, which has never happened before. Tomorrow will be my baseline for hopefully our last IUI if it doesn't get cancelled.

Hello Ladies,

I am on cd9 of my first clomid cycle. Today I will take my 5th (and final) 50mg pill. So I will be having another appointment here soon to check how things are going.

My RE doesn't want DH and I to have sex 3-5 days before my expected surge so I'm hoping I'll get a +opk sometime this week, or at the beginning of next. I hope I don't have to get my IUI done on Mother's Day. I don't want my mom to know yet.

I know it's too early to feel this way.. but I already feel like this cycle is going to be a bust. I need to snap out of it.

I'm currently 4dpiui, beta is scheduled for 5/15. I'm not super hopeful this cycle as I only had one follie at 19mm on my right side. I know it only takes one, but the right side is where the ectopic was and I'm terrified of having another. 

QOTW: DH and I have been doing a LOT of housework to keep our mind off of things. We finally finished painting every room in our house. It's been almost two years since we bought it, so it was about time! We also have a ton of yard work to do, and now that the weather has finally turned around, it's been fun getting things checked off our list.

I'm on CD 11 of IUI cycle #2 with 100mg of Clomid. I had my first mid-cycle monitoring this morning. I have no follicles growing at all. :-( Last cycle I stair-stepped from 50mg to 100mg, and I *eventually* ended up with one follicle, but it took until like CD 26. I was really hoping to have 2-3 follicles and get them earlier in the cycle. Instead it looks like we might be stair-stepping again if nothing shows up by our next monitoring appointment on Wednesday.

This comes after our 3rd party insurance review said that I didn't meet the definition of infertile (yet) because we haven't been trying a year (even though I never ovulated on my own and can barely ovulate with help). 

I'm extremely frustrated. :-/

QOTW: Unfortunately, I don't have a great answer to this. I guess I need to hurry up and figure it out because I'm not coping as well as I could be, and it looks like this might take longer than I anticipated. H and I do like to play board games a lot, but obviously that doesn't fill a ton of time.

Hi ladies!  Big hugs to everyone.

AFM, just waiting on my instructions for tonite...but most likely triggering tomorrow night for a retrieval Thursday.  19 assorted follies were found this morning so that's good.  I hate the 2WW but I am so over all of these appointments and acupuncture 2x/week is really adding up.

QOTW:  I really can't think of anything good to escape the hell that is IF.  I would say a weekend getaway but that becomes a lot harder during IVF.  I miss traveling!

We had our final consult today and went over our protocol (antagonist) and schedule! I stop bcps on Sunday and will start injects next week. Our estimated retrieval is memorial day. I'm getting so excited, because this is going to be the best shot at a bfp so far, but I'm trying not to get too excited. If this cycle fails, I already know it's going to be harder than the other bfn.

I think we are on cycle 22? I should be ovulating around Friday, but we have our follow up SA on Friday as well. So we have to abstain at least 2 days before. Anyway we meet with our RE Monday to talk about the results of the SA. We haven't seen him since November, because we have been being treated for MFI by the uro for the past few months. We are hoping he will say we can try an iui instead of advising us to move to ivf with icsi. So we shall see....either way we should finally have some plan!

I can definitely escape mentally in a book. I also like to cook and hang out outside when the weather is nice. Home improvement projects are also a good distraction, but its hard to spend money on your house when you are worried about paying for IF treatments

AFM, I'm 4dpo on a natural cycle, we had good timing but I'm not holding my breath.  But a part of me is praying for a Hail Mary BFP before we start IVF later this month.

I am on CD 36 and still haven't confirmed O.  I got 3 + OPKs (2 in a row) but without a temp spike.  The first time temps plummeted, the recent two are too soon to tell but it looks like temps stayed about stable.  I really thought I had started to O on my own so now I'm confused.  Maybe I did but for some reason not this cycle, or maybe I was wrong the past few months.

We've also gotten into a bit of a rut with sex (mostly just exhausted at night and fall asleep before the other person gets there) so even if I did O the timing is unlikely to be good.

Feeling discouraged - it's just not going to happen without help.

QOTW:  Mostly Netflix.  We go through cycles though - sometimes we talk about it all the time and really struggle, and then we go through a phase where we're ok, and of course it's always with us but doesn't consume us.  That's where we are right now.

Same old, same old, testing. As of yesterday afternoon, HSG now suddenly moved up to this morning...so not feel emotionally prepared, but it'll kind of nice to find out some answers a little earlier!

Funny story - went to the surgical supply for a sterile collection cup (yay, DH) and had no cash on me. They just gave me the $0.75 cup free because they said it wasn't worth the fee from the credit card company for charging it. Haha, the small blessings of IF! (I'll drop off the money next time we go by there, of course.)

Still awaiting the green light to trigger for IUI #4, though it does look like I've responded better to letrozole than I did to clomid.  This morning (CD18) I had one follie at almost 17mm, and two that are a bit over 12mm.  We are checking on them again tomorrow morning.  FX that they will be looking ready to go, as that would mean IUI on Saturday.  We are going on vacation starting on Sunday morning, so we're cutting it close!!

Those smaller follies probably aren't going to mature in time, right?

Finally got AF today! Cramping after provera sucks sooo much. Thank goodness I have tomorrow off of work cause its going to be me and my heating pad! =(
