nwmr: any petite (5'2 and under) WMs use Rent the Runway w/ success?

I really want to try it for a black tie optional event next month but I'm only 5' and I wanted to wear a long dress. They don't seem to carry petites so I'm not sure if this is a good idea unless I have a really solid backup, which I don't. I guess I could buy something that I could return if I don't wear it & go w/ the rental but the short time frame for renting makes me nervous. My SIL has used it multiple times and she is only about 5'2 but I think she's only rented shorter dresses...

Thoughts?

I'm 5'6" but still won't rent a long dress for this reason. You will probably get more info for each dress on the reviews or get info from a chat session with one of their stylists. I have had a good experience with RTR offering me full refund when neither size worked out for me.

Thanks! I finally found the customer search section and saw some dresses on women that were under 5'3... I guess if I want to try it I will just have to have a backup... Argh

I'm 5'1 but I've only rented short dresses from RTR for this reason. Maybe rent a long one and then a short one as a backup?

Im 5'2 and just rented a dress for my brothers wedding from RTR.  It was a great experience.  It was a tad long on me and I had super high heals on but the dress I rented did come in petite sizes so you just have to search for petite lengths.  GL!
