I didn't have one. Whenever I'd see posts asking what the biggest waste for baby items were it seemed like wipe warmers were always on there. I also didn't want DD to get fussy about stuff like that if we were out and about and didn't have access to one. It's the same reason we started her out on room temp bottles. Thankfully she never seems to mind that kind of stuff.
I felt the same as pp, we never felt like we needed it, and people were always saying it was a waste of money. DS just seemed to get used to it, so it was fine. There is enough stuff to deal with on a changing table as it is.

We also had Ben on room temp (or even cold) bottles pretty quickly. I liked that he wasn't picky about that!
We didn't use one. If a wipe felt extra cold because the room was cold or we were out or whatever, I'd just hold it in my hand for a few seconds to take a little of the chill off.

TTC #2 for a million years: SA normal, CD 23 bloodwork shows nothing amiss, ovulation detected. Next step: ? maybe CD3 bloodwork to check eggs? All out of pocket, so limited IF tests/treatments.
It wasn't a waste of money for me. I think ours is Prince Lionheart (BRU). It's been running for almost 2 1/2 years and still works great. (Knock on wood)

We also went without. In addition to not wanting her to be dependent on it, I saw a couple recalls during my pregnancy on wipe warmers due to safety issues. I didn't want a possible electrical fire or burning hazard in the nursery if I could avoid it. For the same reason, we never used a bottle warmer either.
