Where and how do you do exchanges? Is there a third party? Has it gotten easier over time for the kids? Did you ever deviate from the c/o? Did you regret that? Thanks!
We do exchanges at school on school days and at each other`s houses on days SD has off. SD usually has no problem with it other than every once in a while right before vacation weeks. We have 50/50 by the way and we do a 2-2-3 schedule.
No one else will ever know the strength of my love for you. After all, you are the only one who knows what my heart sounds like from the inside.
@cole2144 - you are able to do exchanges at each other's houses with a restraining order and no one else present? Have you found that to work? How long did it take to get to that point?
Not me but someone DS went to daycare had a restraining order. They did all exchanges at the daycare - the dad would pick up from daycare on Fridays and drop the son off the following Monday on his weekends. I think the plan once the kids started school was to do switches at school and aftercare.
You could also do exchanges at a police station. How old are your children? I can see dropping an older child off at the curb of the other parent's home, but not a baby.
"Before you diagnose yourself with depression or low self esteem, first make sure you are not, in fact, just surrounded by assholes.
I like the idea of daycare but he doesn't get that many nights in a row but that could be something to consider. He does dinner during the week now two nights so maybe we can cut that down to 1 with a whole weekend every other. Hm not a bad idea.
Thanks. My kids are 19m and 3 so I don't know about curbside. I hope we can get there at some point.
The final hasn't been issued yet we still have the temporary but that's been for almost 3 months already! I hope the final is granted.

Lol I must have clicked on this without reading the title or something. We do not have a restraining order, sorry about that.
