Let's talk about poop...

My little guy is a week old. He had a couple of days without a poopy diaper so we had to supplement a feeding with formula. That seemed to jump start him. Then when my milk came in, I noticed his tummy gurgling and his past 2 poopy diapers have been really wet -- like diarrhea. He doesn't seem to be uncomfortable (he's not fussy or anything) but I was curious as to why the runny stool. Has anyone had a similar experience? Could it indicate a food sensitivity already? Thanks for your help!

Thanks. I don't know why I don't remember that with DD! Must be the lack of sleep.
