Raised Bumps

I'm going to call my pediatrician in the morning, but I wanted to see if you guys had any ideas about this that I could try right away. My son has been getting little pinprick size raised bumps on various body parts. On his back and his arms they are raised and white. But he also gets red raised bumps on his legs and torso. They don't seem to cause him any discomfort. We have tried putting more lotion on him and we have tried not using any lotion in case that was the cause. I make my own laundry detergent and it is very basic (water, borax, washing soda, dawn). I'm thinking of trying the Tide Free and Gentle and maybe an all natural lotion? Does anyone have any ideas or suggestions?

Ashley was getting these on her upper thighs and arms just above her elbow. They never bothered her though. I changed our laundry detergent and bought California baby cream. It has really helped.

@ChrisG83 I washed everything that touches his skins in Tide Free&Gentle last night. I am going to give that about a week and see if it gets better. I was ready to go buy anything and everything that could help, but then my husband reminded me of the scientific process.

Went to the pedi today. This was his diagnosis.

@needutonite the pedi recommended using eucerin lotion and the aveeno baby bath.
