BBT drop mean period coming?

So this was my first month on Clomid. My period is now slightly late. My BBT temp dropped this morning. Does that mean AF will come soon? I dont really do pregnancy tests bc the BFN hurts too much... but one may be necessary bc my husband is getting variococele repair surgery Thursday. Im 99% sure ill get AF bc my husbands counts are very low. thoughts?
Husband: MFI Counts 1-11mil, Mot 32%-50% Morph 2-4%
Me: slightly underactive thyroid
Married March 2013 TTC since wedding.. 
Jan 2014 Non medicated IUI-failed 
April 2014 Started Clomid cancelled IUI due to a low sample
May 2014 Variococele repair surgery

    My temps this month have been pretty up to par to the last several months ive been temping. omg you are brave peeing on sticks.. i am too chicken. I cling to the last bit of hope til AF!!

    OP, my temp dropped yesterday and AF showed full force this AM.  There's always hope, but just in case you want to be prepared...  Hoping your experience is different!!

    Me (34): MTHFR, PCOS, Endo, left salpingectomy due to hydrosalpinx, 
    hypothyroidism, low AMH (0.26)/normal FSH/average AFC of 12

    Him (33): No known issues

    November 2013-March 2014: Natural cycles
    April 2014: Clomid 100mg and Ovidrel trigger -- BFN
    May 2014: Clomid 100mg and Ovidrel trigger -- BFN
    July 2014:  IVF class -- Check!
    Holy crap.  Unmedicated BFP 7.22.14.  EDD 4.01.15.
    Best April Fool's Day ever!
    Now on Lovenox, prenatals, Vitamin D,
    Folic Acid, and Synthroid.
    Please be our take home baby.

    Yup got AF! GR!! Onto surgery for my husband!! At least now I can be assured its necessary!!
