Symptoms? RLS, some swelling, pregnancy brain, lightning crotch. You name it.
Appointments/Updates? Bloodwork and strep test next week! Hooray!
Rants/Raves?
Raves: DH and I work at the same high school, and our coworkers threw us a shower yesterday. It was just so sweet of them to do, and a lot of people took time after their busy work day to attend, so that really meant a lot.
Rants: I was told a while ago by maternal fetal that my c-section date could be on 5/26, even though it's Memorial Day. My sister gets married on the 25, I'm in the wedding, and I'd really like to attempt to be there. My OB's office called yesterday and told me they scheduled it for the 23. I tried to explain to the nurse on the phone why that date wouldn't work, and she got so snippy with me. I told her that I wasn't trying to cause problems, it was just that pretty much my entire support system won't be around much, and, I feel like my sister deserves to have a wedding focused on her like I did. She said she'd talk to the doctor and see if she would be willing to work on the holiday and I'm waiting to hear back. Le sigh.
GTKY: Do you have a guilty pleasure TV show/movie/musical artist, etc.? Not sure if I'd consider it a guilty pleasure because I have no problem admitting to it, but I LOVE watching food shows. Anything on the Food Network or the Travel Channel that has to do with food I could watch for hours.

Symptoms? Starting to get pretty uncomfortable, sleeping has become more difficult.

Appointments/Updates? I have my next appointment on 5/13. Apparently for healthy pregnancies, my OB goes two weeks even in the last month. I had my strep B test on Monday and have not heard from the doctor so I am going with, no news is good news!

Rants/Raves? RAVE: I had a surprise shower at work last week, it was really sweet! RANT: DH lost his job about a month ago and we haven't had any luck finding a new one. Trying my best not to stress about it, but getting difficult. Really would like to be able to enjoy these last few weeks!

GTKY: Do you have a guilty pleasure TV show/movie/musical artist, etc.? I love drama shows. Grey's Anatomy is probably my guilty pleasure, not at all as good as it used to be, but still have to watch it!

Symptoms? Got my first contraction, and body seems to be emptying itself in preparation for labor, or so I'm told!
Appointments/Updates? Tuesday i have to retake my NST due to contractions that I couldn't feel at the time.

Rants/Raves? RAVE: My DH's work threw him a shower. We got even more diapers (yay!) and lots of little things we needed off our registry.  RANT: Sick of being super tired, and weak on my feet. I feel so lazy, and I hate it!
GTKY: Do you have a guilty pleasure TV show/movie/musical artist, etc.? I love watching anything and everything on Travel Channel and HGTV! It just makes me want to buy a house even more...

Symptoms? My tummy feels like there is a bowling ball in it when I get up after having sat for while.

Appointments/Updates? Had a final growth u/s yesterday and baby is approx 7lbs and in the 66th percentile (maybe this explains the bowling ball feeling? :-? )
Rants/Raves? Rants: I got my first couple stretch marks this week and may have cried a little bit. Raves: I had enough will power to save half of the chocolate donut holes I bought for breakfast for an afternoon snack
GTKY: Do you have a guilty pleasure TV show/movie/musical artist, etc.? I'm not really guilty about liking the shows that I do (Game of Thrones, Once Upon a Time, Grimm, Big Bang Theory to name a few), but I am guilty of having a hard time paying attention to someone talking to me if there's a tv on in the room - I tend to zone out like a little kid.

Symptoms?

I'm tired, can't sleep at night. Getting anxious to meet this LO.

Appointments/Updates?

Went on Wednesday to the MW - baby hasn't dropped, but all looks good. She said it won't be anytime soon.

Rants/Raves?

I'm kind of over food. It comes and goes though, I'll be hungry again soon enough. But nothing is appealing.

GTKY: Do you have a guilty pleasure TV show/movie/musical artist, etc.?

I love watching cooking competitions - Hells Kitchen, Masterchef etc. However, my big guilty pleasure is rewatching seasons of TV shows, over and over again.

Week/produce item? 37 week... Full term!!

Symptoms? Major contractions and cramping. It's getting hard to walk around and bend over lol.

Appointments/Updates? Went yesterday I'm still completely closed. I hope to start dialating soon. I can't wait to meet my baby boy!

Rants/Raves? Today was my last day if work (I had originally planned on working until my due date) and it feels so good!!!

I absolutely love watching garbage TV I can pretty much watch anything reality.

Symptoms? Light period like cramps
Appointments/Updates? Seen doc yesterday. Dilated 3 1/2. Effaced 50% of he's not here next week will schedule induction
Rants/Raves? I thought I would have a baby by now. Still trying to work/. Weekend off nephews bday is tomorrow trying to avoid having baby that day then walking and exercise ball it is

Don't watch much tv anymore but when I get a chance I have been watching one tree hill on netflix. Even though I have seen it all a few times
