Okay ill start this since my day starts at 430. I am reporting that yesterday I did absolutely jack since we are in recovery at my house but I want the accountability. I work days this whole weekend so up super early but my plan is to park and walk to work and do stairs all weekend. My job is kind of a workout so if I add that I feel like ill be okay to start back up working out on Monday. Hope others are moving more! :-)
