question for those who love wine

I'm not very knowledgable in the wine department but I know many of you ladies are so I'm hoping you can help me out

One of my friends is having a little get together for her birthday this weekend and I know she enjoys wine a lot. I'd like to get her something nice but I have no idea what to get. I know she likes shiraz and sparkling wine. I'd like to get her a little something else to go with it as well. She is really into health stuff - only shops at Whole Foods, vegetarian and very into yoga. Any suggestions?

I love prosecco. How much are you looking to spend? Cupcake makes a prosecco that is really good and cheap.
Side note, how are you feeling?

Thanks @vanessaLC - I will look for that one I didn't want to spend too too much, but I do want to get something good so....

Thanks for asking, I'm doing much better today I finally managed to sleep most of the night and I think that helped a lot.
