We are getting some thunder here right now. Little man is fast asleep, and he's never heard thunder. I'm kinda afraid he'll wake up and stay up. How does you baby do during storms? Am I worrying over nothing?
We've had a few storms recently. It's never woken LO up, even really loud claps of thunder. And luckily when he's awake it doesn't seem to phase him at all.
We had a storm the other week and DS had just fallen asleep on me when I was sitting at the kitchen table. A huge thunder clap happened and he didn't even move! I laid him down and he slept right through it
I was worried about the same thing a few nights ago, but DS didn't make a peep so I assume he didn't wake up. It is so strange the things that they can sleep through and the things they can't.
I have been meaning to get a tornado warning kit for the basement though. Just diapers, wipes, formula, a bottle and something to lay on in case we have to hide out for a long time.
Oh my gosh. There was a tornado out here once, but it was a freak occurrence. Deft be prepared.
We've had a handful of really loud thunderstorms since LO was born, and he seems to sleep just fine during them. I think he actually sleeps more soundly!
