Dropping final bottle

We are still giving an 8oz bottle at bed time, any tips on how to drop it? I would really like to be done with it. Do you give a sippy of milk before bed or nothing at all? Any tips are welcomed! (DS is almost 16 months)

We are in your same boat. Since he's had this on going ear infection I haven't even tried dropping it yet. I think I'll wait until after his tube surgery next week.

My girls get sippy cups of milk when they wake up, with lunch and with dinner.  I thought it was going to be a difficult transition from not having a bottle right before bed, but we just did it and no one seemed to fuss about it.

We give DD a sippy of milk before bed. When she is ready for bed she signs milk please and we do pjs, read a book, and have a sippy and then lay her down.
