GYBM Check In to start tomorrow (Friday)

Ok, ladies. For those wanting to participate in either the calender workout plan or the daily runners check in feel free to post in the GYBM (Get Your Butt Moving) Check In posts that will be every morning for the previous days activities (it doesn't matter who does this daily post, as long as someone remembers! LOL). So for your workouts today, post in tomorrow's post. Even if you didn't workout or didn't run, post and tell us you didn't. Accountability is super motivating when trying to stay on track. We won't shame you too much, promise!

Feel free to do the May calender workout or if you want to have an easier workout, check out the earlier calendars on the same site. January is the easiest and to gets progressively more difficult with each passing month. The real important part is just that we are moving and involving healthy activity into our busy lives of motherhood/wifehood/girlfriend hood/careers, etc.

Besides workouts and running you can also share your food intake. I know tracking my food helps me be more conscious of what I should and shouldn't be eating.

    My H asked if I was really going to start with the May exercises and repeatedly told me to start with the January. I'm going to look them over when I get home tonight and decide.

    I just looked them all over, I was considering starting with the April workouts...but I HATE burpees...hate them!

  • @jobiann Yeah, I thought about doing February but decided that my lazy ass needs to start sloooowly. I just gave up soda cold turkey a couple days ago, and I tend to quit if I do too much at once, lol. I'm hoping that taking itty bitty baby steps will make this more of a life change than a week-long thing. ;-)
