AW: I graduated!!

I my second ultrasound with my RE on Tuesday and everything looked great! One little bean still measuring right on track.  The HB was a pretty steady 160-166 bpm. However, when the RE "poked" him/her with the dildo cam his/her hb jumped up to 177 bmp. It was really cool to hear the change in the HB since we had the sound on at that time.

So, I have officially graduated from my RE. It was kind of bittersweet.  We picked what hospital we want to deliver at and they have helped us find an OB. They are sending all of my records to the OB and they will contact me to set up my first OB appt.  My RE is also referring me to a MFM. They said they did not think I would need long term care from an MFM but they wanted to have an NT scan done and they wanted her to help me manage my migraines. 

Has anyone worked with an MFM or OB on migraine management in pregnancy?  I have had them since I was a little kid and have had a rough time not being able to take anything during pregnancy.

In my last pregnancy my ob prescribed butalbital, plus a little bit of caffeine. She said if that didn't help or I was getting migraines more than once a week she would have me see a neurologist. GL and I hope they are managed well! And congrats on your LO

Thanks, ladies.  I have been told by my RE caffeine, benedryl and Tylenol but none of them have touched my headaches.  @kz's_girlygirl , thanks for the info.  I will look into butalbital.
