Shoe Dazzle is weird

I went onto Shoe Dazzle to see if could find a pair of flats.  I go and look at the clearance selection and they have shoes listed that were 35.95 and now they are 39.95, um that last time I did my math that was a increase not a decrease.  The world isn't spinning backwards right ladies??
