When do you POAS? *updated* (BFP mentioned)

I never wait for the beta. Never. I am thinking about taking a FRER for 7dp5dt. When do you poas? Since I only transferred one I wonder if it is too soon to test. Share, people! :)

**WARNING!! UPDATE!!**

Update: Today (7dp5dt) I poas'd on a frer and got TWO lines!! Not super dark, but a definite, pink, solid line. I am keeping this irl on the down low, so low, until physically possible. I am obviously waiting for beta next week, and hoping those numbers will do what they have to do. One step at a time! So glad I went with my gut and transferred one! 
On 10/23/13 Baby Sophie and Baby Gabriel born at 21+5 weeks. They grew wings and flew away from us. May God bless them always. We love you beans!

    I am not even kidding when I say I started the day after my transfer :)  I'm seriously INSANE!  I can't stand the wait.  

    I think it is completely reasonable to start at 7dp5dt!

    Yes 7dpt is fine! I always try to wait until day 6 but I think I'm going to test on 5dpt this time. I just can't wait and its only been 1dpt!

    I did one at 3dp5dt, just to see if the trigger shot was out. I was going to take one today at 4dpt but I got a bum test! I will be testing again tomorrow and every day until beta. I have no shame.

    IVF w/ ICSI cycle #1 
    9 days stimming with Gonal-F, Menopur, Cetrotide
    ER on 4/21 - 19 eggs retrieved, 12 mature, 8 fertilized normally
    3 embryos survived to blastocyst
    2 hatching blastocysts transferred on 4/26
    Faint BFP on 6dp5dt and getting darker each day
    Beta #1 (11dp5dt) = 292
    Beta #2 (18dp5dt) = 6,154
    Ultrasound at 6w2d reveals a single baby with a heartbeat of 125 bpm! EDD 01/12/2015
    Ultrasound at 8w0d: heart rate 164 bpm
    Ultrasound at 9w4d: heart rate 185 bpm
    Panorama tests returned in 10 calendar days. Low risk for everything!
    It's a boy!!!

    We only transferred one also. I tested at 8dp5dt with FRER. Results in sig.

    Others on TB have had success at 6 days, but I was too nervous to try.

    I start the day after transfer. I test the trigger out. There's no way I could ever wait for beta. GL!

    Me & DH (33), 3 Furbabies, TTC since October 2011
    Day 3 #’s (Dec 2012) FSH 9, AMH .77, LH 2.4, E2 31, AFC 9 

    DX: Me-DOR + No Tubes, DH-Fine

    Ectopic 2007; lost tube/2nd tube removed Dec 2011 (hydro)

    April 2012=IVF#1- EPP Antag+ICSI, 2R,0F (BFN), Now dx’d with DOR.

    June-July 2012=IVF#2- MDL+ICSI&AH, 8R,4M,3F (BFP 9dp3dt) Beta#1 at 11dp3dt=36, Beta#2 at 15dp3dt=156, Beta#3 at 19dp3dt=671, dx'd with SCH, no growth-m/c at 7wks/Lap Dec 2012 to remove small fibroid.

    Feb 2013=IVF#3-MDL, 2/1=baseline, started 10 units mdl, AFC-7, 2/3 start gonal f, self cxld cycle b/c of low e2.

    April 2013=IVF#3.5-(with new RE)AG/ANT Conv + ICSI. 4/10-4/23 bcp's, 4/20-4/27 lupron, 4/28-ganirelix until end of stimming, 5/2-600 gonal f, 5/4-add 1/2 vial menopur, 5/13-ER (9R,1M,1F), 5/17-ET, 1 beautiful 8 cell (please be my sticky baby!!!!) 5/28-BFFN.

    Oct 2013=IVF#4-LLP+ICSI &AH, 10/14 (6R, 2M, 2F), 10/17-ET, 1 seven cell & a six cell, BFP at 9dp3dt, 1st beta=56, 2nd beta=52, CP.

    Jan 2014=IVF #5-LLP, Cxld after 6 days of stims due to fast response and lead follicle. 

    March 2014=IVF 5.5-LLP, Lupron 3/10, BL 3/18, 11 days of stims, Trigger 3/29, ER 3/31. 7R, 2M, 2F. ET 4/3. Txfd one 5 cell & one 9 cell. BFP on hpt from 7dp3dt & on. Praise be to God. Beta #1 at 11dp3dt=106, #2 at 13dp3dt=239. First u/s 4/28, measuring on track & heartbeat seen. 5/5-2nd u/s, measuring on track with strong heartbeat. 5/12- 3rd u/s & released from RE. Grow baby grow, we love you! Baby G&T is a BOY! Born 12/2014 via c/s! 8lbs, 8oz & 21 inches.

    My husband already told me he wants to wait until Beta. I have never turned a hpt positive, so if my beta comes back good I will be buying a bunch to pee on! ;)

    With my 2 fresh transfers, I POAS everyday so I could test out my trigger. With my c/p my wondfo never quite turned negative and I had a clear, but light positive on a FRER at 7dp5dt. I think I would have even gotten a postitive on 6dp5dt. I only transfered one that cycle.

    With this FET, I promised my husband that I wouldn't test until beta day. I think wether or not I am able to keep my promise will depend on when their beta is. With my first clinic beta was 8dp5dt.

    September 2012: Start IF testing

    DH (32): SA is ok, slightly low morph, normal SCSA  Me (32): Slightly low progesterone, hostile CM, carrier for CF, Moderately high NKC, High TNFa, heterozyogous mutated Factor XIII, and +APA

    October 2012-May 2014: 4 failed IUIs, 3 failed IVFs, and 1 failed FETw/donor embryos

    November 2014: IVF w/ICSI #4 Agonist/Antagonist with EPP and Prednisone, Baby Aspirin, Lovenox, and IVIG for immune issues.  Converted to freeze all due to lining issues.  2 blasts frozen on day 6!

    January 2015: FET #2 Cancelled due to lining issues

    April 2015: FET #2.1

    I was on the antagonist protocol, so lupron was my trigger, so there is no trigger for me to test out anyways. Then I will wait until 7dp, which I think would be this coming Monday. Le sigh. I would like to think that this morning my boobs were feeling a little sore, unless there is some cumulative effect of progesterone (which I really am suffering memory lapse of this lol). Oh well. I'll keep you all posted!

    7dp5dt is the first time I got a positive. Day 5 & 6 did not. Go for it!

    Me: 32  DH: 34

    TTC #1 since June 2011, RE December 2012

    HSG: tubes clear SA: Perfect AMH: 0.9 in Jan 2013 0.7 in March 2013

    Femara June 2013: No repsonse. Serophene July 2013: No repsonse

    Follistim August 2013: 12 follicles, 4 mature, IUI, and a BFN. 

    April 2014: Lost 30lbs, got my thyroid under control. Started IVF 

    May: BFP! EDD 1/6/2015 Heatbeat 167!

    Now: Canyon James born 12/30/14 at 6:21pm via emergency c section. 9 lbs 19 1/2 inches

     IVF #2 (August 2013):  Lupron Stop Protocol: 
    28R, 23M, 15F w/ICSI; 5dt of 1 partially hatched blast, 7 frosties = BFP
    EDD 5/23/14, blighted ovum (6w6d), D&C (8w6d)
    FET #1 (April 2014):  transferred 2 5d blasts = BFP

    I ended up testing on 4dpt, I really thought that would be to early but, I got a faint positive and the line has gotten darker each day. i'm so hoping it continues, FX!

    DX: MFI-Very Low Count, I have Hashimotos.
    IVF prep September 2013 cancelled due to Ovarian Cyst
    IVF #1 October 2013 Antagonistic Protocol with ICSI  ER 10/31/13 (18R 16M 11F- 6 blasts to freeze)
    ET delayed due to OHSS 
    FET scheduled for July 8. Delayed due to a crazy high TSH (it had been under control for YEARS!)
    FET #1 8/5/14 sET BFN

    Hooray!!! Aren't you glad you gave in and POAS? It is a long wait for the beta. I am a crazy person as it is. Wishing you a completely routine, boring, uneventful, but happy ride for the next 9 months!

    MENTS:

    I just had my 3rd FET (1st with RMANJ) and got a faint positive 3dp6dt. Beta #1 was 268 at 9dp6dt. Next beta is tomorrow morning. We transferred 2 CCS tested blasts.
