Mountain Buggy Cosmopolitan Issue

Just picked up the Cosmopolitan and am having an issue with the Auto-Lock.  It's not staying locked.  I have to clip it myself and as soon as I try to pickup the stroller it unlocks without me touching it.  So imagine locking it and picking up to put into car and it unlocks...

anyone else have issue with this or a resolution?

    I don't have this item, but the obvious resolution to me for a lock unlocking on its own is to contact the company for an exchange.

    i took it back to retailer, i purchased it tuesday, returned sunday, they contacted mtn buggy and it will be replaced.
