Dinner

 I'm clearing out my freezer for our move. I have a lot of shredded turkey. Usually I make soup, but it's getting warmer and I don't want soup. I've already done bbq sandwiches with it and everything else I can think of will give me more leftovers than I want. Does anyone have any ideas?

I have a recipe for turkey salad.
2 cups shredded turkey
3/4 c. Craisins
1/2 c. Mayo
1/2 c. Ranch (I've just used roasted) almonds

Tacos, turkey burgers stuffed with blue cheese coated in wing sauce, or taco bake we had it tonight layers of taco meat, beans, salsa rice toped with cheese

Turkey fried rice is popular here. You could also throw it into a stir fry too

It's shredded. I agree I could do so much more if it weren't already cooked.

Thanks for all the ideas ladies. I'll probably try most of them. I have a lot of turkey.  I may not eat turkey until Thanksgiving after this!
