    Cycle status: cd 24, expecting to o anytime.

    QOTW: I love Star Trek, particularly The Next Generation series. But I also love the movies. I know, that's super nerdy. As far as fandoms go, I enjoy Harry Potter and I also really like Sherlock, but I wouldn't say I'm totally sold out for them.

    I did see a post that Benedict Cumberbatch's fans are called Cumberbitches. I thought that was pretty funny. But then I saw one saying that they should be called Cumbercookies so that then the fandom as a whole is called Cumberbatch. The name of the guy is also the name of his fandom. I like that.

    CD 22 (8DPO). QOTW: I grew up on Star Trek: the Next Generation. For about 6 years I wanted to marry Commander Riker. ::: swoon::: and yet we also were introduced to Star Wars as kids. I like them both. Although I hated the newer Star Wars (jar jar binks ruined it for me). But loved the new star treks (Chris Pine, yummmmmmmmy) I am a super nerd.

    BFP #7 (beyond surprised again!) 4/26/16. EDD 1/5/17. beautiful betas!!!! and then near-fatal hemorrhagic corpus luteum. turns out baby was ectopic after all; another lap 5/6 (@24dpo).

    CD8, natural cycle post IUI #1, taking 2 cycles off before medicated IUI cycle #2 because of timing problems.

    QOTW: Neither, but I am a huge Game of Thrones fan. The books -- have not watched the series yet although I plan to.

    @Jodee37‌, I totally agree about Riker! My husband really wanted to give our son a Star Trek name and Riker was at the top of our list. We ended up going in a different direction, but it's still an option for future boys. Riker was pretty hot back then, Jonathan Frakes did not age well :-<

    CD 4, starting femara for another medicated IUI cycle.  Although ultrasound this morning looked "PCOS"ish so waiting for more info on that front. 

    Neither, but see siggy for my obsession!

    TTC#1 May 2009- July 2010 on our own with no luck

    Started with RE in August 2010, dx with unexplained IF and then finally our 3rd IUI cycle using Follistim and Trigger resulted in our wonderful little man.  Born 12/2/11

    TTC#2 Never really prevented, but were careful early on as Dr. reccomended

    Surprise BFP 12/16/13, started progesterone immediately as first numbers came back low, but betas were good.  Progesterone wasnt enough. Natural MC 12/24/13.

    Back with RE as of January 2014...

    5/27/14- Chemical Pregnancy :(

    April 2015 IVF#1

    5/13/15- BFP, please stick LO!

    Oh and I'm a major Harry Potter Nerd :)

    Cd 7, suppression cycle. Just started BCPs.
    I like my nerd flag fly! Star Trek over Star Wars for me and I too was a Ryker fan! Love love love Doctor Who... Have exploding TARDIS hanging in living iron and various TARDIS mugs... One time at dinner I pulled a plate and it made the TARDIS sound and hubs goes, "You would totally leave me for the Doctor wouldn't you?" I told him he could tag along like Rory. For DD's Halloween she was Van Gogh, hubs was Doctor and I was Pond. Here is my Pond face:

    CD 11, natural. DH going in Friday to see about varicocele surgery. We're still waiting on genetic test results to decide whether we should move forward with IUI.

    Neither of those really. But I have recently gotten sucked into both Doctor Who and Sherlock. Quickly becoming obsessed.

    I need help from all you Dr. Who fans! (@clagore, @momarazzi007, @mrslaurenanddan, @bananappeal145) I watched the 2005 season, but haven't made it into the next season.  And I am a bit confused.  Is the Dr from the 2005 bbc season considered the first Dr?  Or, are there some other Drs who come before him?  And Rose doesn't continue for all the seasons, right?  He gets a new companion later?  I enjoyed it, but it was a bit on the cheesy side (granted that may be because it's British television and was made in 2005).  Does it get less cheesy?  

    Also, I love Sherlock. A lot.

    No, 2005 Eccleston is 9th regeneration doctor (or Nine). They rebooted series, but it is still a continuation! Oh I envy you just starting! So much awesome to come and by the time you get through it all you just might be caught up for Capaldi in the Fall!!! I can't say much on Rose... But yes you are right, he keeps no companion forever, truly gut wrenching almost anytime a companion goes!!!

    @GraceyandTroy‌ yes it gets less cheesy, but sometimes not... It is such a good cheese... Lol I really think they were afraid to give them a budget in 2005 bc they didn't know how it would work. But the writing talent just won me over and they get better, I promise! Hang in there! You'll be so grateful you did... And I can have a fellow Whovian....!!! :D

    I'm on CD1 today. Yuck but even though we would've loved to give our DD a BFP sibling for her birthday, it's okay. We're going to celebrate having her and have so much fun!

    I'm okay with Star Trek and I like some other SciFi.

    New RE has me off progesterone the next 2-3 cycles to see what a "normal" cycle is like for me and I'm dreading it - progesterone makes me feel so "normal". 

    No Star Wars or Star Trek for me!

    @GraceyandTroy‌ some Of it is on netflix, but if you thought Nine was campy you're gonna have a lot of irk with the old. It is fun, meant for kids and just fun. You won't be able to find it all... It is an obscene amount of episodes (50years of Doctor Who!!!) but at least watching a few from each doctor I would suggest. Each bring something to the table and you'll see things in later Doctors and be like, wait, 4 did that! Oh yeah, same guy lol! You can probably find some episodes online too :) I am a reboot fan and there is nothing wrong with that! New life was breathed into it and w brilliant writers who grew up loving the original Doctors so it is all good. If you never watch an old Doctor Who it will not make you any less of a fan I promise :) just stay away from Peter Cushing... That is not canon.

    @GraceyandTroy‌ It took me 4 tries to make it through the first episode because of the cheese. I'm now in the 4th series of the reboot. Stick with it!! DH was dead set against it and now he's even started watching with me.

    As for Sherlock, I love the style and storytelling but truthfully, I'd just like to do dirty things to that man. ;)
