Update: Got my test results back from pgd .... only one was abnormal. STill really glad we tested them as if we had transfered that embryo (which was graded super high)  it would have been certainly ended in miscarriage.  It had massive problems.  So know we have the decision to make on how many and what genders to transfer.  I have to let the embryologist know by Monday.  I have all my meds ordered and I should get AF this weekend and start estrace for my FET cycle.  It is starting to feel real.

Oh thank goodness for something posted!  I was about to say something about how I want it to be Friday already.

Starting sexytime earlier, and just learned that saliva is bad (big oops!!) and starting pre-seed. Just bought a book yesterday "Making Babies" that is a mix of western and eastern baby-making wisdom.  I'm still doing daily Maya abdominal massage and weekly acupuncture.

 

4. Where are you in your cycle? ( Waiting to O, 2WW etc) If in the 2ww when will you test? Experiencing any weird "phantom" symptoms ladies in your 2ww? 
I am in the fun zone!!  Day 12 and my CM is starting to pick up.  We are going to BD tonight, and hopefully every day.  Using OPK and it's still the empty O no smiley face yet.

5. How do you feel about this cycle? (Are you hopeful, anxious... etc) 
Hopeful, since i feel like we are going to try harder with intention on the timing, and not use saliva (which apparently is too acidic for spermies to live), and I also feel good that I have a visit with my gyno for my annual and am going to ask for recommendations for RE or figure out at least just for testing, where do we go. I am strongly opposed to doing medications, I don't feel like I've had nearly enough months of good timing and I think I am very healthy, hopeful I don't have to use meds.  Every time I've used meds I've gotten screwed up.

@ksgsmu, good news about the pgd testing!  Sounds like you have some big decisions coming up.  Good luck, and keep us posted!  @radiantly, I remember being surprised to learn about saliva, too.  Knowing what we do now, doesn't it seem absolutely unbelievable that anyone ever gets pregnant unintentionally?

3.  Charting, temping, opks, preseed, evening primrose oil, DHA, CoQ10, maca.  Going to see an acupuncturist Friday!  If this isn't the month, I'll see my OB for further testing and an RE referral.

4.  CD 8.  Informed DH that open season starts Friday.

5.  Pretty calm.  I feel relieved that I've taken some concrete steps, and am pretty sure that I am going to need some kind of help from the RE, so this kind of feels like just a bonus cycle before the real work commences.

I was drinking decaf green tea in the afternoon, but it was keeping me up at night. Weird.

4. 5DPO. I have had a backache for two days. I hope it means something.

5. I am a little befuddled about this cycle. We didn't BD for three days during my FW. My OPKs signaled that I would O on CD17 or CD18. We had sex on the night of CD17 which was evidently the night before the O; however, my CM was nonexistent. I don't know what to think. I hope it doesn't decrease the possibility of conception.

1)Samuelismomma , Sally, IN 2) ttc #2 for 1 year... 3) trying naturally this month, after 3 months off from m/c...take folic acid, vit C , zinc, prenatal.. 4)I got first + opk Monday, but showed positive yesterday and slightly today....bd'd Sunday am &pm, Monday, afternoon, and tues am....we were rested from vacation...lol 5) feel good this month can't explain it...just really positive....like I feel it's gonna happen ....even if this isn't the month! 6) "I took the one less traveled by, and that has made all the difference"...Robert Frost...reminds me things can be hard but worth it ...

I had a total freakout when I called the lab to check on how many I had frozen the other day. She said none!! Cue the crying. Well lab called the next day and the one girl misunderstood me and with the Valium in me Sat I didn't realize Dr said I had four. Thank goodness.

I accidentally posted this in last week's check-in. 

1. Lindsay, from NY 

2. TTC#2 since March 2013, currently on cycle #14

3. We are working with an RE. Did a medicated IUI this cycle. Clomid + Ovidrel. IUI was yesterday. I had (have?) two follies measuring 20.4 and 20.5. DH's count was 13 million moving sperm for the IUI. Trying to be cautiously optimistic but this is IUI #3 so it's hard not to get discouraged. I'm also doing acupuncture this cycle.  

4. I'm in the 2WW, CD 14. I will probably start testing at 10DPO because I am a POAS addict. No phantom symptoms yet. I usually get them about 5-7 days into the 2WW and they are so frustrating!

5. I'm cautiously optimistic this cycle.

4. CD 20, so somewhere in the 2 week wait.  OPKs ran out when it was still flashing smiley on CD13, so not sure when O was.  Probably won't test until after CD33 in case O was later.  No phantom symptoms yet, but not really checking for them either.

5.  Not very hopeful.  We had sex the day before DH got food poising around when our FW probably was so not the best chance.  However if O was around CD 17 then we might have a chance with 3 day sperm build up.  I'm looking at this as wash and will start FF next cycle just to confirm O.

I'm excited to have an added med to get Clomid to respond and trying to keep positive even tho this entire year has been discouraging so far. 
I backed off of here for a couple of weeks because of work and just being so discouraged at how long it took for my cycle to start.  I don't discuss this in detail with the few people that know because they really do not understand.  So now I am telling my internet friends who know all too well the struggles we face each month! 
I had an RE appt yesterday and was all ready to say "let's be more aggressive, every month that passes I get older, blah, blah, blah...my RE is so great - he actually said all those things to me first so thank goodness he is pressing forward.  I just hope for a successful pregnancy in the end.

NPNT….but H went to do his SA and since he had to bring a sample (no collection room) and it was in an area he was unfamiliar with he did not make it in the 30 minute window (the place is an hour from where we live….talk about inconvenient) He apparently took half day off from work to get it done since there can be CRAZY traffic in the area at the end of the day…..once it took me an hour to go 10 miles. I didn't even know he was planning on getting it done. Sorry Vent over.

Not feeling anything about this cycle. Im numb and honestly we BD 1 time in my supposed fertile window so no chance.

I'm benched this cycle so I'm trying out a natural fertility cleanse. Also take CoQ10 and prenatal vit. Still slightly spotting from m/c.
By being benched, it allowed me to book a vacation to Florida. I definitely need something to look forward to b/c the last couple of weeks were horrible...(pity party).

4. CD33. Thought this month was a bust because I didn't O... then FF told me that I did O... on CD 27! I had stopped with the OPK's by then... that's late, even for someone who's normally late!
5.  Still feeling this month is a bust, since I don't think BD was very well timed. And a super long cycle on top of that, when I was ready to just get it over with.

TAT2MAMI - really, yours is telling you today? I thought we are on the same cycle! Is your cycle typically 28 days? Mine is average 31, maybe that's it.  My app (Kindara) is saying my O will be next Weds or Thursday (Day 19) I don't get that... I'm assuming it will happen earlier and taking precautions.

@Radiantly - According to the app I'm using, Ovia I am on CD 16. It shows me fertile from 4/27 - 5/2. Does this seem right to you? I got AF on 4/16 and it went through 4/22. We've been DTD almost every day. My preference would be every other day, but my DH has a crazy high libido! Help!! LoL

Im crossing my fingers and toes for all you ladies….I am a bag of mixed emotions right now. 

Wanting/hoping TC while NPNT……but still sort of wanting to wait. Weight loss is going too slow for my liking AND Im struggling with my business right now. REALLY struggling.

Its a little of everything for me right now. 

Also my daughter and i were busy getting her stuff ready for her upcoming prom. so yeah i was busy and also just feeling down and not wanting to bring it here to you fine ladies. Ive been photographing a lot of newborns lately too….so that can be rough. Fun but rough.

I'm in a 2WW - Not likely to test unless I miss AF by May 13th
I had phantom symptoms around Oing so I don't know what to think about it since it's my first month of BC

I'm not expecting anything this cycle because we didn't BD at the right time, but stranger things have happened!!!

Sorry I am late posting this week - things have been a bit crazy!

3. We have been seeing a RE since last summer.  This cycle we are doing a Natural FET cycle.  

4. CD19.  I think I am FINALLY ready to trigger tonight (waiting for the call from RE/nurse).  My follicle is at 18mm and yesterday's e2 was 183.  If today, then FET will be Thurs, if I trigger tomorrow, then FET next Fri.

5. I would like to be optimistic but I just don't know

I feel good.  I have come to the realization that it is not healthy to obsess too much over a person who is not here yet.  Because then I'm not appreciating the wonderful friends and family who ARE here especially DH.  Tomorrow is not promised so I'm staying in the present and not worrying about the future.

We will see... DD#1 was conceived in May too, so hopefully May is a good month for us this time around.

3. Been meaning to make an RE appt for sometime in June, maybe today will be the day I actually remember to do it! Otherwise, just doing OPKS.

4. I'm late on the update, but right now I'm CD16, pretty sure I O'd on CD 13. DH and I only had sex on the day of my positive OPK, he had the stomach bug the day before and guess who has it now, UGGGG! So anyway, considering how horrible I feel from this bug, I'm not feeling very positive about this cycle. 

5. "Sometimes it feels really really wonderful to be alive" I guess I'm in a dramatic mood today, but everytime I get down about anything I just remember in this moment I'm alive and that is truly a beautiful wonderous thing that cancels out anything that might be dragging me down.

4. Waiting for May AF to schedule mock transfer and SIS. This cycle will be through remote monitoring until ER which will be out of state.

5. Nervous mostly but hopeful too.  This whole cycle was unexpected since DH gave agreeing to another cycle as my Mother's Day gift.

Well, just got AF (booo).  I have been charting for 3 months, and know my cycle is like clock work (and I ovulate the same time every month) soooo, to stop driving myself crazy looking at charts and interpreting everything, I've decided to STOP charting for a month.  I need a break.  Will BD every other day as "prescribed". Going to do a session of acupuncture too and keep OPKing.  And if no luck this month, will head to see the OBGYN and see what she recommends. *Fingers crossed*
