Try Aquaphor on it -- better than lotion for extreme dryness/cracking. I also used it all the time for DS as an alternative to Desitin and other rash creams, so it'd be something to hang onto for baby.

Thanks. I have aquaphor for DD when her Eczema flares up so I was thinking of trying it.
I hate it. It makes me look like my face is dirty!! And the best way to prevent it from getting worse is to avoid the sun and my due date is at the end of summer, I get laid off in July and DD and I usually swim at my dad's pool almost every day. FML
I have awful dry skin all of the time, so it is hard for me to tell if it is from pregnancy or just because my skin sucks. When I was a teenager I felt so lucky because my skin wasn't oily and zits were rare...if I had only thought about how it would continue to dry out as I got older.
I have the cracking and itching skin thing going on my feet. It isn't athlete's foot, just annoying dry skin on the top of my right foot.

I went through that a few weeks ago. It sucks! My skin is still really dry but thankfully not as bad as a it was previously. I had to use heavy heavy creams and coconut oil to keep from itching so bad from dry skin.
I was just coming here to say..COCONUT OIL! I love this stuff and literally use it for everything. I plan on using it on baby too
I keep suffering dry skin around my mouth of all places. I end up looking like a clown because the skin around my mouth is so inflamed. It's annoying but whenever I bemoan my clown mouth it cracks my husband up, so that's something.
I also have always suffered from acne, but from about 10 weeks until probably 20 it was simply awful. It's been years since it has been bad enough that it even spread to my chest and shoulders. Cleared up now, thank goodness.
My lips seem the be the only thing I can't keep moisturized. Had chapped lips for about 2 solid weeks now, no matter how often I apply chap stick.
I have one awful dry spot on my middle finger on my left hand where my wedding and engagement rings rub. I have had it for about 2 months now, and NOTHING helps. It is really uncomfortable to wear my rings because of it.
I have tried vitamin e oil, jojoba oil, and coconut oil, and no help at all. Usually one of those 3 oils will heal any dry skin issues for me.

I use coconut oil on my belly and boobs but it will make my face break out, I like vitamin e oil better
