First U/S only saw Gestational Sac UPDATE... success stories?

Hi Ladies! 4th beta is in:

4/21: 38.5

4/23: 48.9

4/25: 167

4/30: 1348

I should mention that this was our first FET with double embryo... we did the transfer on 4/12. Positive beta on 4/21. They saw the gestational sac this morning for our first U/S but it was measuring on the small side: 4mm. No yolk sac was seen so we need to wait and come back on Sunday morning and hope that the gestational sac has grown and the yolk sac is seen. Beta's still on the low side but at least seems to have great doubling time now.

Anyone with a similar situation? Low beta's to start and no yolk sac seen at first? ... possibly a slow starter that implanted later? Hate the waiting game but staying optimistic!

You're still early! I would venture a guess that your embie implanted a little late too. Don't lose hope! The fact that they saw something is still a good sign

Thanks @kmc84 I just edited my post I should mention that we did a double embryo FET so I have heard that frozen embies sometimes take a little slower to wake up and implant but they know that I'm 5 weeks 3 days.... just praying for Saturday to see a yolk sac

We saw only a gest sac and no yolk at my 5w4d appt. And mine wasn't a FET so no reason for slow growth. And now I'm 38 weeks. So stay positive! FX for you!

I went in for my first u/s at 5w2d with ds and all they saw was a small gestational sac in my ute. When I came back at 7 wks he was there growing with a fetal pole. And now he's a happy, healthy 2 1/2 yr old. I would just try to think positive.
