I don't get on here too often mostly a big lurker. But is there a FB for this group? I could be a lot more active that way.

Seriously didn't know this would cause you to laugh and be annoyed. I looked up what an AE is an no I'm not. Sorry if I'm somehow clueless. I thought it was a normal question. But apparently I missed something. It made sense to me that there would be a FB group eventually created by the June 13 mom's.

It's just been a rough day in the life of the relationship between TB June 13 board and the June 13 Facebook group.

Wow. I better back out of this group for awhile before you guys make me feel like a complete load of crap. Maybe take a moment to realize I'm just a first time mom who was trying to get help with questions I had regarding my son and also trying to find other moms who I had a come ground with. The snarky comments, gifs, and everything else sure make a lady feel like she's an idiot just for not being in the loop. I never would have thought a group of women could make me feel like such an awful person.

If you need help with something or have a question about your LO, please just ask. The Facebook thing just suddenly got weird over the last couple of days, so to lead off with that made everyone wary.

@Cricket81 nailed it.  We're having fun with you over this in our way but the blunt truth is that lurkers on small boards do tend to raise suspicions and asking about a private FB group when that's a huge current bone of contention for the group makes it weirder.  

There's no way around lurkers but it tends to make the lurker feel like they're part of the group because they're reading everything we write and gain a sense of familiarity but we don't feel the same about you and that's not said to be mean.  You can't walk into a sorority house after watching them on a hidden camera and start commenting on things you know about them or expecting them to treat you like one of the group.  Post more and you'll be welcomed because it's a great group but the whole lurker in the bushes thing has an ick factor.

@Bleacy14 I don't disagree with you but at the same time, people who aren't known to the group need to accept that they aren't known to the group.  It's also suspect when on the very day someone has been removed from the FB group, someone with a very light J13 presence asks about joining it.  I'm not saying they're connected but I don't think it's unreasonable for us to be cautious because of course it's possible.
