Colostrum at 26 weeks

It's my 1st time being pregnant and this morning it was SO WEIRD to see neon yellow liquid coming from my nipple. I actually screamed with the craziness of it. Anyone else?

Yellow? Is that normal? Mine was more clear evreytime I've leaked. Yellow sounds infection like....but idk I started leaking at 18-19 weeks I think though

Oh my, I'm a FTM and didn't know to expect this sometime soon. I guess that's what I get for not reading ahead in the book! Thanks for the warning ladies, although I'm not sure foreknowledge will avert a freakout.

@BabyM82714 - it can be either clear or yellow

I've been experiencing this for several weeks now.  It's very strange… though I think it weirds my husband out more than it does me.

Yea this is my second but I have been leaking like a faucet since 13 weeks. Srted as yellow now its white and sometimes clear.

I've had colostrum for a few weeks now, DS is almost weaned (just once a day now) ...thank goodness since it's acting like a natural laxative for him!

Ironically, this is the first time in nearly two years that I'm not leaky. I was super leaky all through breastfeeding, but once the pregnancy supply drop hit, I finally stopped leaking while nursing. I'm sure DS is only getting colostrum now, but he's still happy with it and it still puts him to sleep, so whatever. I'm just happy I can go without a sleep bra and pads at night finally.

I've just started getting the crusties, but haven't noticed spots on my shirt or bra cups yet. I distinctly recall the bra spots sometime around late 2nd tri with last pregnancy.

I think it was about equal both sides pre-delivery, but once my milk was in Righty was always the overachieving side
